My name is Dan Roshan. I'm the host of the No Broke Months podcast.

Thanks for joining me. Enjoy the chef.
Are you ready to live your best life and be a part of a mission bigger than yourself?
Start by assessing where you are in your sales journey and where do you want to go
and then take bold, intentional action.
You want to grow and start.
scale your business, you're going to need talented people. But here's the key question.
Why should talented individuals choose to work with you? Why should they join you?
People are drawn to leaders who make them feel inspired and align with a compelling vision.
So ask yourself, do you have a plan that excites other people? When I talk to business owners about
their biggest challenges.
I hear one of three common responses.
They either, they don't have enough business,
they don't have the right people,
or they're struggling to keep the right people,
to retain top talent.
Now, which one of those resonates with you?
I'm going to guess if you're newer in business,
it's probably you don't have enough business.
And if you've been around for a little bit,
it's either you don't have the right people
or you may be struggling to retain the top talent.
And if none of those apply to you, congratulations, you're well on your way to being able to reach
your goals.
But once you understand, sales is not about closing deals.
It's about finding the right leads.
For years, I've kept this reminder in front of me.
It says on my cork board, I'm not in the sales business.
I'm in the lead generation business, specializing in.
my vocation, which happens to be real estate sales.
So I want you to think about it.
How much time are you dedicating to finding quality leads
and recruiting the right people to join your team?
Because ultimately, those are the things that every business is going to hit the ceiling.
That's going to be the ceiling of your growth.
And when you hit that ceiling, you're going to face three options.
Commit, double down and get the help you need to scale.
quit, walk away for your potential, or settle for meager results.
And I'm not here to help you settle for meager results, so I'm only going to give you two
options. Commit or quit. Which option aligns with the life you want. Because if you're serious
about growth, you'll need to lead others to their success. And to lead effectively, you need to
attract the right people. And if that's not happening, ask yourself what's standing in my way.
so let's talk a little bit more about hiring because let's be honest hiring is not easy it's not just
about technical skills it's about finding someone who fits your culture and your vision have i ever
hire the wrong person all the time right but what i can tell you is i can get it 50 percent correct
why would you listen to a guy that can only get a 50 percent correct because most people get it 90
percent wrong and then they settle for and they tolerate incompetency or let me say that more
nicely they tolerate not the right fit what i could tell you is 100 percent of the time if someone
is still with my company 90 days from now they're going to stay with my company for most of the rest of
time because in the 50 percent that we get it wrong those 50.
50% are going to move on very, very quickly.
I want you to take heed to this advice.
Imagine how your life and business would change.
When you spend just a few focus hours every single week recruiting the best talent, and
when you spend just a few hours every single day finding business, these are the two things
that are required for you to be able to skill your business.
and by using Teach to Sell, you'll not only elevate your expertise,
but you also create a magnet for the top professionals in your industry.
And here's how that works.
You teach, you share your knowledge,
and will potential employees see your passion and commitment to their professional growth,
they're naturally going to want to join your team.
Oh, by the way, I'm always looking for top-rated people.
So if I inspire you, reach out.
because I want to build a strong network and teaching establishes you as a trusted leader in your
industry, expanding your reach, and connecting with professionals who will refer even more top
talent. Ambitious people are drawn to environments where learning and development are prioritized.
To sum it up, spend committed time every single week, I'm finding talented people,
Spent committed time every single day, I'm finding leads for clients to use your service.
Everybody, I want to make sure that you are aware on Tuesdays on this same channel.
We do a script and role play.
And it's more than a scription role play.
It's I go live and actually make calls.
And I'll make a call to anybody that you want me to make a call to.
I'll make a call to somebody that's your lead.
I'll call them.
and convert them for you.
You want me to call an expired, an absentee, a Fisbo, my own database,
whoever you want me to call, I will call and demonstrate to you how to make a successful call,
whether that's warm, cold, or indifferent.
You guys get with that?
Tuesdays at 1 p.m., put that on your calendar, share it with your friends.
That is open to the general public, so you can share that to other agents,
and that would be fantastic.
