I remember a pretty good book. It's Atomic Habits. Have you heard of it? Yeah. James Square.
That's a pretty good book.
Yeah, James Square.
I remember a couple of things that I read. If you are 1% better and you do it in a year,
you're going to be three times better if you finish it.
So also about the excellence, I think it's important to have those kind of habits
and make it the schedule that no matter what happens, you're going to be doing so.
That's one of the most important things, and I think so.
If you already have everything set up, all the settings on your computer and all the details,
you don't need to feel like it's going to be a problem.
Also, I already said before, but I think it's important.
You need to have the control, enjoy, and put attention to all the details when you're working on it.
So you can enjoy it.
It doesn't matter if you're talking or you're selling something.
I mean, you can have fun with the client. You put all the attentions with it. You put all the notes enjoy it. It doesn't matter if you're talking or you're selling something. I mean, you can have fun with the client.

And you have the full control of the situation.
So it's also important to me to put the details before I start working.
I take my breakfast.
I always have my coffee around me.
But it's also important that after,
I mean, at the beginning, it's pretty hard. But after the 21st days, it's going to be way easier
because your body takes more control or it's easier to have that habit.
Love it. So after a certain amount of days, I've heard 66, I've heard 21, but whatever the number
of days it is for a habit to really be established. For me, a habit can be established in one day.
And the reason why I say that is because with atomic habits, one of the things that scares me
about that is that it's taken the framework out to a year, which seems, you know, it's like 1%, 1%, 1%.
Don't worry about the year. Just worry about the 1%. Don't worry about the 66 days or the 21 days.
Just worry about today. Okay. Like, so let's just break this down into the simple, because I think
that gets a little bit like, ah, I got to do this for 21 days, or I got to do this for 66 days. And
if I miss a day, I'm a failure.
And now I judge myself and I start calling myself bad names.
Right.
Like we want to stay away from that.
Just do it today.
And then tomorrow, just do it tomorrow.
But set yourself up just like Mindy to make sure that you're set up to have things that you love to do.
And now it becomes easy lifting.
You're not pushing anything hard.
The last thing that I want to make sure that everyone heard,
Bruce said it twice, was to set yourself up for success.
So what that means, for example,
is if you're lead generating in nine minutes from this moment,
that in nine minutes from now, you press the button, you go.
It's not nine minutes from now, you go get coffee, you BS for 30 minutes, 45 minutes,
you fumble around getting phone numbers, and now it's 1115 and you haven't made a call yet.
Because that's a typical, what I observe in the lead generation rooms, what happens.
Or I'd rather see you only do one hour rather than three hours of just actually doing the work.
Like at 930, boom, go.
And Bruce, you're smart, smart, smart for saying that over and over.
Like, hey, get ready, get ready.
