Starting point is 00:01:25 this. Building the support around you will allow for you to be able to then make a more significant impact, make more significant money. And then leading will allow for you to build as great of an impact, as much money as you could possibly build within whatever it is that you're skilled at these two below it and the leadership as well. All right. Now, I asked everybody who wants to build a team around you? Many said no. And again, not being critical or anything like that, just putting it out there. If you said no to this, then what you said is yes to this. And the interesting paradox of this is what causes people to say no? What causes you to say no to this ceiling right here is typically, I don't believe in myself. I don't believe
Starting point is 00:02:21 that I can be able to make enough money to afford to have skilled help to help me even if it's affordable I don't want to go past this I want to stay in this for a second then we're going to go through the content a little bit more but what are your thoughts about what I'm sharing with you right now about the limiting factor being there's some sort of ceiling right there I believe that ceiling is I don't believe in myself. I may be wrong on that, or maybe there's not a limiting ceiling, and maybe we're all comfortable with building on top of this. The interesting thing through the years of running a sales organization
Starting point is 00:02:59 is I've often taken time to meet with my teams and ask them, what value do you get from the team? Do you know the last answer that I ever get? Thank you, Dan, for paying for the support. OK, like I almost never get that from my teams is as a value. I don't have to pay for all the support that you provide me. Let's go into the ceilings. So let's say lead generation is where you're at right now. And we're going to say, here's the ceiling. All right. So I'm going to break down one of these concepts.
Starting point is 00:03:30 There's lead generation. There's your ceiling. We know what's above that, which is building organization, building support. Okay. We all go through that journey of hitting ourselves on the top of our ceiling. It's coaching. It's mentorship. It's coaching, it's mentorship, it's training, it's action, it's take action, review it,
Starting point is 00:03:51 adjust it if necessary, take new action. It's saying we take action, we take a certain action. This is what we did. Now we look at what we did, we analyze the results and now we make an adjustment. So now we test. And so now we're in an A-B test. We do two actions again. What we're doing today, for example, is we sent an invitation yesterday at a certain time. So what Julene came up with expertly is we're going to
Starting point is 00:04:18 send that same invitation at a different time. And let's just see if there's any difference. If there's a difference, then guess what? Tomorrow we'll use the new time and maybe we'll test with a different content. That's the way we break through those ceilings of achievement, okay? Through masterminding, through accountability, through learning scripts and role play. So we can all get past this ceiling of success of lead generation through the things that you're already doing. Okay. Yet, obviously, you know, I can give you the training. I can give you the, I can guide you. I can tell you what to say. I can tell you when to say, I can tell you how to say it, but you got to do your job. Okay. And if you choose not to,
Starting point is 00:05:04 then, then you're wasting your time. Okay. And if you choose not to, then you're wasting your time. Okay. And I mean, that's just like tough love right there.
