Neuro-linguistic program, it's a study of interpretation.
So you can look at it like, how do I interpret the world?
How does another person interpret the world?
What does that third person observe about the conversation?

How to overcome the top challenges in real estate sales.
Real estate coach Dan Roshan of No Broke Months for Real Estate Agents talks about what the biggest problems agent deal with in sales. In this episode, Dan discusses what's the biggest hindrance in real estate sales and discusses the definition of neuro-linguistic programming and how your
thoughts affect your results. Learn more about this topic in this new episode of No Broke Months
for Real Estate Agents. The biggest challenge in real estate sales is our
clients. I've got a better answer of who I think the biggest challenge in real estate sales is.
Who do you think that is? Ourselves. Yeah, that's right. Yeah. I would agree with what I said there.
Okay. We're in a negotiation. It's our own clients that get in their own way. All right. I absolutely believe that from a
tactical viewpoint. Okay. For success in real estate sales, it's us that get in our own way.
Okay. And most, uh, most commonly it's the fear of rejection. Okay. But it's not really the fear
of rejection. We have to take that back to our five-year-old self, which is something that happened in your
life when you were five years old that caused you to believe something that's not serving you today.
For me, I'll share with you what mine is, which is I'm not worthy. All right. And I'm being
transparent with you guys. Now, that's something that I recognized probably 10 or 12 years ago, something that I continue to work on. I want to talk about NLP. So just, and I'm sure that I go through this in
the videos, but the NLP, subjective experience. So NLP, there's two definitions to it. And
definition number one, you may want to write this down, is the study of excellence. Definition
number two is the study of subjective experience. So definition one is the study of excellence. Definition number two is the study of subjective experience.
So definition one is the study of excellence. I think that's a pretty clear, we all understand
what that means. Yes. Study of excellence across all areas. Definition two, the study of subjective
experience. That's a little bit confusing. I think that's one of those words where it's like,
what does he mean? Subjective versus objective. Objectively, this is a sticky note. Will we all say that that's true? Subjectively,
this is the most beautiful pad of sticky notes in the entire planet. Okay. So subjective is left
for interpretation. Objective is a fact. So now we look at subjective is interpretation so subjective is an interpretation
then what we could say is normal linguistic program another way it's a study of interpretation
whose interpretation well our interpretation but not just our interpretation your interpretation
their interpretation so you can look at it like,
how do I interpret the world? How does another person interpret the world? How do others
interpret the world? Meaning if you and I were having a conversation and there's a two-way
conversation, there's a third person observing that. What does that third person observe about the conversation?
How does the universe observe the world, meaning the collectiveness?
Okay, so there's collective conversations that happen in the world.
Social media empires and algorithms and everything.
We have conversations in the world that are very like, so we're going to say green and blue. Okay.
So green conversations and blue conversations,
some parts of the world are having a blue conversation and some of our,
the world is having a green conversations. All right. So, so there's,
but that's the collectiveness of interpretation.
So that is the best definition I can give you guys of what NLP is.
Thanks so much for listening to the no broke months podcast today. So that is the best definition I can give you guys of what NLP is.
