How you can use NLP for your advantage on real estate sales. Real estate coach Dan Rashan from

to your advantage in the latest episode of No Broke Months for Real Estate Agents. real estate agents. So the mind is the wisdom that you have. Consciousness is how you create
your experience in the world. And then your thought is your awareness of the knowledge that
you have and the awareness of the meaning that you assign to it. Now, this is important for us
to know because when we're communicating
with our clients and with ourselves, the better that you can understand these components,
the better that you can understand that every single person comes from a different place.
Every single person does the very best that they can do given the tools and resources that
they have available to them. So no longer will we ever again say that buyer's an idiot, that buyer lied to me, that
client did something unreasonable. Because what we have to understand is that our clients,
our people, we do the very best that we can possibly do, given the tools and
resources that we have available to us.
That's a presupposition of NLP, by the way, one of the, I think it's 17 presuppositions
that they have.
And so when you understand that, now you can then take ultimate responsibility for when
something doesn't go right with a transaction, the way that you want it to go,
now you take responsibility.
And as you take the responsibility, you could then reframe the outcome.
You could reframe your experience in it.
So what would your world look like instead of when a client does something unreasonable,
you looking outwardly, you taking a step back and saying,
okay, they're having an experience. They're approaching life the best way that they could
possibly approach it, given the tools and resources they have available to them.
Because they're doing that, what their actions are completely predictable. I could choose to step into their shoes and see how
I can create a different action rather than making them wrong, which will do nothing except make you
feel superior or better or justified, but won't get you where you want to go. And when you understand that, then you can ask yourself the question, is it more important for me to be right? Or is it more
important for me to create a result? And then you could choose. So if you want to just basically put
this in the most simplest fashion of how you can use NLP in your world, that's the way that you
could choose to do so. Thanks so much for listening to the No Broke
