Starting point is 00:00:50 Enjoy the show. Is finding business more important than the service quality? Real estate coach Dan Rochon from No Broke Months for Real Estate Agents is diving into a controversial topic. Is finding business more important than service quality? Dan asks, can a business thrive
Starting point is 00:01:10 without prioritizing finding business or service quality? Or are they two sides of the same coin essential for long-term success? Join us for a thought-provoking discussion in the new No Broke Months for Real Estate Agents episode that challenges conventional wisdom. Once we have our way of making sales, then it's about doing that way on a daily basis. When you lead generate daily, you'll be in a position that you can create an abundance of business and sales become available freely.
Starting point is 00:01:50 Who here believes that it's more important to serve as a client than it is to find a client? You guys are like sitting on your hands right now. Well, that's a tough question. So I used to believe it was servicing the client, but I think I've reached a point where you have to discern where you are in your business. And if something, if servicing your client can be, you know, put off at a later time versus getting new business um i feel like getting the business is off you know it's going to take priority
Starting point is 00:02:34 how does you getting business help you you and your servicing of your clients well you're in a better position to help them because you're not going to be limited to just that one client. You're going to have more business, more new clients. You have more business, so you have more freedom to service that client better. So if you have no business and you're working with one buyer, for example, do you think that you're going to work with that buyer from a place of power or from a place of desperation? Yeah, a place of desperation serves them or is not good for them?
Starting point is 00:03:34 It's not good for them. I can speak from experience and, you know, I'm trying to move from that. Yeah. Well, don't try, just do. And once we understand the importance of lead generation, of how that helps us to service our clients at a higher level, then we can framework it so that we lead generate first. Don't misunderstand me. Service your client and exceeding your expectations is vital but lead generation provides you the opportunity to do so i'm not suggesting one's more important than the other i'm suggesting that one comes first
Starting point is 00:04:22 to be able to serve the other. Does that make sense to you? One comes first. Thanks so much for listening to the No Broke Months podcast today. Until the next show, I invite for you to be grateful, make good choices, help someone, have the best day of your life, and go find a listing.
