Or what hard conversation must you have to be able to break these habits once and for all? Welcome to the No Broke Months for Real Estate Agents podcast. Starting point is 00:01:29 and we're going to do some thinking time now. All right. So I've got a couple of questions to ask you. So I want you to ask yourself, what are three bad habits that are undermining your success? I want you to think about that for a moment and write the answers to that down. Three habits that you have tolerated that are undermining your success. If three don't come to your mind, then ask yourself the following question three times.
Starting point is 00:02:06 What is one bad habit that is undermining my success? If three don't come to mind, just start with one. What is one habit that you are tolerating right now that undermines you achieving whatever it is that you want to achieve? If you don't have at least one, then you may consider procrastination as a habit that may be undermining your success. So if you have at least one, what decision must you make or what hard conversation must you have to be able to break these habits once and for all. What decision must you make? Or what hard conversation must you have to break those habits once and for all?
Starting point is 00:02:56 So we started with what are the three habits, business practices that you have tolerated that are undermining your results? And then we went on to what decision or conversations hard conversations that you have to have to break those habits once and for all and if you still have things to contemplate then i'm going to ask you time block a time to be able to ask yourself these questions. So that's one of the things of time blocking that you could consider to do is time blocking the time that you contemplate who you're being.
Starting point is 00:03:37 I do that at least once a week. I ask these questions of myself. And I sit down every single week for at least one hour. That music gets in the background. I play that on my Alexa. I sit in my thinking chair. I get out a notepad. I ask a question. And then I just write and write and write and write. I just let it all flow out. And that's a habit that I embrace. So there's habits that we're going to get rid of. There's habits that you could consider to embrace.
