Learn these tips in this new No Broke Months for Real Estate Agents episode. I can carve out some time. So when you're scheduling an appointment, what would cause me to say I can carve out some time?
Starting point is 00:01:28 You want them to think that you're busy. Not necessarily that I'm busy, but to to take control is what I was doing. OK, because I want to change the dynamic of I'm a I'm a puppy dog, which is the way many agents approach this, to I'm a professional of value. A puppy dog would be like, oh, three o'clock, yeah, yeah, yeah, yeah, yeah, yeah. I'll do that, I'll do that, I'll do that. So let's start with that right now.
Starting point is 00:01:55 I can carve out some time, Dorothy. I can carve out some time. I can carve out some time. I can carve out some time. I can carve out some time. Bonnie. I can carve out some time. I can carve out some time. I can carve out some time. I can carve out some time. I can carve out some time. I can carve out some time. I can carve out some time. I can carve out some time. So the next one is, will you keep that commitment? Okay, Dorothy, will you keep that
Starting point is 00:02:20 commitment? Will you keep that commitment? Will you keep that commitment? Will you keep that commitment? Will you keep that commitment? Will you keep that commitment? Will you keep that commitment? Will you keep that commitment? Will you keep that commitment? Will you keep that commitment? Will you keep that commitment? Will you keep that commitment?
Starting point is 00:02:42 So these are very, very important words that are intentional to be able to create results. OK, I'm going to carve out some time, elevate you from that puppy dog to that professional. Will you keep that commitment? Demonstrates that now they have a commitment. These components work in many, many different situations. So we're talking about what do you say to an expired renter? Well, what you're going to learn is it's all pretty much the same. You just learn what to say. You just sort of massage it around and you take the different parts and components. Okay.
Starting point is 00:03:15 Right. What I'm doing is I'm teaching you like a bucket of like five or so, like do this, do this, do this. Once you start getting these components, and then you practice being in rapport, you practice repeating back the last few words of their conversation, then basically all you're doing is you're leading the conversation with these components, repeating back their words
Starting point is 00:03:36 so that they think that they're leading it and they recognize that you're entirely connected with them. Thanks so much for listening to the No Broke Months podcast today. And they recognize that you're entirely connected with them.
