I have some questions for you.
And this is for everybody.
I want you to ask yourself right now,
are you hitting the goals you want to hit in your business?
And if you're not hitting the goals you want to hit,
what specific processes, tactics, tasks, executables,
and resources do you need to actually reach your goals? So if you're not reaching your goals,
write this down if you could, what specific processes, tactics, tasks, executables,
and resources do you require for you to actually hit your goals.
So if you didn't hit your goals in 2024, what you're going to do in 2025, and I know that that
sounds a little bit weird, but that's the way real estate sales happens. Everything is 90 days ahead.
I know I need to be better with reaching out to people and reconnecting with some that will probably be upcoming clients get busy and, and, you know, into the day to day, and I've let that go. So now I'm like, looking like you said 90 days ahead and I'm like,
Yeah, so yeah, I need to be doing that.
Perfect. So, so what can you do to make that a specific?
I need to set aside a couple hours each day and start reconnecting with my database and my sphere.
All right. You guys see how simple that is?
If Rachel was to put,
and Rachel, if you were to put two hours a day
and reconnect with your sphere over those two hours a day,
and you did that five days a week,
what do you think a 2025 would look like?
A lot better than it will without.
All right.
A lot better.
Okay.
Who'd like to share next what specific processes tactics tasks executables and resources are required for you to successfully reach your goals for me it's having
two appointments a day for the purpose of either recruiting a buyer or seller. And that's it.
It's that simple. Now what gets in the way for me typically is client care. That's what typically
gets in the way for me. All right. Let me ask you a different question then. If what gets done
gets measured or what gets measured gets done, right? What are the three to five critical
activities you should measure? I'll give you mine. Look at my money once a week. That's a critical
activity. Look at how many first time appointments I have each day. That's a critical activity.
So if I look at those two critical tasks,
pretty much everything else works itself out. In business, there's critical tasks in my
relationships, etc. But in business, when I look at those two things, pretty much everything else
works itself out. So for you, what's the specific things that you would measure? And that could be
in your relationships, It could be anything.
When I had my daughter having dinner with her every night, that's a specific measurable.
I either do it or I don't. But when I do it, that's a leading indicator into enhancing our
relationship, connecting with the trust with us. So for you, what's a critical activity that you're going to measure?
