Starting point is 00:01:37 to reassure them that they're making the right decision. And so this is going to be more economic. It's going to be more relevant to maybe the community, right? For an example would be, oh, hey, just wanted to let you know, prices have just increased. The monthly stats just came out today. And great news, prices have increased. And you've already locked in your price. So that's freaking amazing, right? Or interest rates went up again, and you already locked in your rate.

I never doubted, I guess, her school performing. I never doubted my child. And that's the number one precious cargo there, right? That's the number one important thing in my life.
