Now, what the heck's this got to do with consulting a buyer?
Because when you're communicating with a buyer at the level where you're having a deep meaning of the communication and you're being as objective as possible, observant as possible,
then you're going to be in a position where certainly you already know that when you can be in a position where you deeply understand a buyer's motivation, then you could be able to then serve them more effectively.

and we're going to start putting this together so that you can understand how that we can then
use this to our benefit when we're consulting a buyer, because that's the section that we're in
right now. But I want to make sure we understand the communication uh most effectively so that's a definition of normal normal linguistic programming that
taylor gives to us and so we experience life i'm going to give you your definition of life right
here okay like this is your human your spiritual experience. Something happens.
You experience something.
You have a thought about it.
You have a feeling about it.
That's the human condition.
Something happens and you observe it through your five senses.
You have a thought about it and then you have a feeling about it and then you could choose to make a meaning about it or not.
And when you stay in the objective rather than the subjective, then it's less likely that you're going to assign a negative meaning to an experience.
And because the human brain is lazy, we have the tendency to go in a negative rather than the positive.
It's just the way we go.
And so when you have an experience,
it's perfectly natural for you then to assign a negative meaning to that
experience for many, not everybody, but for most.
And so then when we go through and we assign that negative meaning to the
experience, then that begins to feed back into the thoughts, the feelings, and then there's the actions and the results.
All right.
So the entire thing of this is the circumstance, which is what we experience through our five senses, gives us a thought.
The thought gives us a feeling.
That's our light.
Then when we have that feeling, we then take action.
And then when we take action, we have a result.
Now, what the heck's this got to do with consulting a buyer?
Everything.
Everything. Because when you're communicating with a buyer at the level where you're having a deep meaning of the communication and you're being as objective as possible, observant as possible, then you're going to be in a position where certainly you already know that when you could be in a position where you deeply understand a buyer's motivation,
then you could be able to then serve them more effectively.
So when you know that, we're talking about a much deeper level of care than somebody,
you know, hits you up on the internet and you go open up a door, which is what most agents do.
So the unfortunate truth about our industry that it's unfortunate and fortunate, it's a double edged sword.
I've always recognized this is that there are far few professionals in our industry.
There's almost none. Very, very few professionals in our industry. There's almost none. Very, very few professionals in our industry.
Now, the benefit to that is it makes it easy for you to stand out. The downside to that is
that unfortunately, the consumers undervalue the true professionals. So that's the double-edged
sword of that. Yet, when you practice these communication techniques and you practice the tactics that I'm going to teach you on how to be able to consult a buyer coming up over the next few days,
then you'll be able to position yourself such that now you could be that 1% of 1% of 1% of agents. And using the 80-20 buyer counsel
that you're going to learn over the next week or so
is something that's going to be effective for you
to be able to teach to sell
so that you gain that trust.
