You're talking to the subconscious where they don't consciously know that they're being
advertised to because it's so quickly that you don't consciously connect it.
So that's the way an embedded command works.

Short, easy scripts you need to learn as a real estate agent. Real estate coach Dan Rochon from
No Broke Months for Real Estate Agents discusses linguistic patterns and scripts. In this episode,
Dan gives short, easy scripts every agent needs to know
and how to use them in conversations.
Learn these scripts that can help you in the latest episode of No Broke
Months for Real Estate Agents.
I've got the scripts that I want to work with you guys on.
Very, very simple scripts.
So script number one,
is that a yes? And is that a yes is used when you have a hesitant yes. And so an example of that
would be, you want to buy a home and they say, yes. And then you say, well, is that a yes?
And they say, yes.
And that's the script.
Next script.
I would.
So anytime that somebody says something to you that makes your job easier, the answer to that is I would.
Should I have the walls painted?
I would.
Should I lower my price, Colin?
I would.
Should I increase my price on the offer, Colin? I would. Should I increase my price on the offer, Dorothy?
I would.
Should I clean out the basement before I put it on the market, Diana?
I would.
Fantastic.
Next script.
Again, these are basic, not basic.
These are actually ninja scripts, but they're easy, simple.
All right, next script, gear in.
Anytime that you're referring to a location, no matter where it is, it's here in Seattle, it's here in Tacoma, it's here in Bowie, it's here in so anytime that you're referring to a uh location no matter where it is
it's here in seattle it's here in tacoma it's here in bowie it's here in massachusetts it's
here in springfield it's here in wherever so here in so i'm calling you about your home here in
dot dot dot actually it'll be your property here in dot dot dot go ahead and throw that out real
quick calling about your property here in i'm
calling about your property here in queen anne dorothy i'm calling about your property here in
boston diana i'm calling about your property here in clifton alvia i'm calling about your property
here in fairfax all right so now let's go into some NLP, normal linguistic programming.
You can use some hypnotic languaging patterns as well.
So an embedded command is when the movies came out at the very, very beginning.
This is actually in Napoleon Hill talks about this in one of his books briefly, where when the movies came out, they came on these reels. And I think it was Harvard that did a study to see if they put
little snippets of popcorn and Coca-Cola in a snippet where you wouldn't consciously see it,
you would subconsciously see it, would it increase the sales? And it did. And then they made it
illegal. Okay. All right. And so what's happening there is that you're talking to the subconscious
where the consumer,
you know, the audience members in that case, they don't consciously know that they're being
advertised to, okay?
Because it's so quickly that you don't consciously connect it.
So that's the way an embedded command works.
What an embedded command is, is it's going to be between one and five words, typically
around three words of a statement that in of its own makes a complete sentence.
That's the way an embedded command works. All right. And it literally works.
So the embedded command has got to be one to five words. So by now that is an embedded command.
We just practice that. Meet with me. Write an offer that gets accepted, lower your price. Okay. So these are some examples
of the way embedded commands work. And then lastly, the way that you use an embedded command,
what you do is you stop the sentence before and you stop the sentence after. And so what I mean
by that is if I was talking to somebody and I was saying, well, the reason why so many people
hire me as their agent is because dot, dot, dot. And you see how I paused before the embedded
command and I paused after the embedded command. And you see when I'm communicating it consciously,
it doesn't seem odd. And have the best day of your life. Be grateful. Make good choices. Go
help somebody and go find a listing god bless you guys
