All right.
Tell me something good.
I spoke to your potential client on Friday and said I'm up with a loan officer.
Good job.
I'm walking again.
All right.
So you spoke with some clients on Friday.
You got a loan officer.
What was the second thing you said, George?
Walking again.
You're working again.
All right.
Good man.
Good man.
How does that make you feel?
Alive.
alive okay so I was doing some work over the weekend and a friend of mine was shadowing me and I made
10 calls and nine people didn't answer and one person hung up on me and she was taking notes for me
while I was driving and she was sort of surprised that out of 10 calls that I got no answers and I told
her I was like that's just the reality of my job and I just want to share that because it's easy
to celebrate when we get somebody to a lender and it feels good and it's an exception
of the activity of when we actually have successes.
That's the unfortunate thing.
So I want you to focus in your energy
on feeling good for taking the action
no matter what the results are.
And when the results are good,
yeah, when the results are good, yeah, celebrate that as well.
But really, really put your energy
into feeling good about the actions that you take.
That's true.
Yeah.
How many calls will you make today?
How many contacts will you make today?
And whatever you choose.
What's that, George?
Yeah, I have my eyes up about five.
to 10 calls this morning. I thought it's work.
Okay. Is it going to be five or is it going to be 10, by the way?
Minimum of five, maximum of 10. So if I get to five, I reach my go. If I get to 10,
I did exceptional. So that's my goal. So then five.
Yes, sir. All right. Fantastic. And I hope that you overachieve your goal.
All right. Somebody else, tell me something good.
I started my accountability calls with Michelle this morning. That was fabulous.
Good. Yeah. I thought you two would be a great match.
So far.
Yep.
And because the thing with accountability partners is 90% plus will show up for two, three times and then that's it.
So I don't believe that's going to happen with you ladies.
No, I don't think so either.
Yeah, and so it's an unusual opportunity to connect the two of you because I trust both of you that you're going to stay on top of it.
So that's good.
All right, let's go ahead and play a video.
Dan Roshan here.
I'm about to share a few strategies with you.
Now, these are things you can start doing right now that won't break the break.
will dramatically boost your online presence and your visibility.
Are you ready?
Let's dive into some game-changing tactics that can elevate your online presence.
These are proven strategies that are going to be able to help you engage your audience and gain traction.
With little to, some of these strategies are no money involved.
First up, SEO.
Search engine optimization.
That could be your best friend when it comes to getting your website seen by more people.
You want to make sure that your website is optimized so that it shows up with potential
client search for the solutions that you offer. This is an easy to overlook but powerful tool.
So here's how you optimize your website for SEO. The first step is you want to use tools like
Google Keyword Planner. That's my favorite but there's SEM Rush, there's Uber Suggest, there's other
tools out there to be able to find relevant keywords. And you want to focus on those keywords that
are going to have a high search volume with low competition. Then naturally you want to incorporate
these keywords into your content into the titles, the headers,
and the body text.
And you want to make sure, of course, that your website's mobile friendly, that it loads fast,
that it's easy to navigate, because it's all about creating a seamless user experience.
Next thing I want to talk to you about is social media.
So you can connect with your audience by sharing valuable and relevant content.
You don't want to push all about yourself.
You want to be able to engage.
You want to be able to start conversations.
And you want to be present.
Social media is all about building relationships and it's not just about broadcasting your message.
If you and I, if we're not connected on social media, hit me up.
I'm typically on Facebook, I do the other stuff, but I'm sort of an old man, so Facebook's
where you can find me and I promise you, if we become friends, I'll definitely engage
with you and create that relationship.
So you want to choose the right platform where your audience hangs out, whether that's
Instagram, LinkedIn, Facebook, or TikTok, and you want to post consistently.
You want to mix in behind-the-scenes glimpses, success stories, and educational content.
You want to engage with your audience by responding to their comments and to
their messages so that you can build that connection.
I want to talk to you about blogs.
Consistency is the key.
And when you post a lot of blogs, it's going to help you with your SEO as well,
because when you regularly establish yourself as a thought leader or as a leader in your industry,
and you share your knowledge, you provide the solutions to people's problems,
and you show the audience that you're the expert that they need in your field,
then when you blog about that regularly, consistently,
then you'll show up in the algorithms of Google and the other search engines,
and people will find you.
Hey, salesperson, are you struggling to close deals or struggling to gain trust?
Or are you struggling to create consistent, predictable income?
I'm Dan Roshin.
And I've seen it all.
Salespeople stuck in uncertainty, guessing their way through the business.
And that's why I created the consistent, predictable income CPI inner circle.
To give you the tools to master, teach to sell, and finally eliminate the struggle.
Learn how to influence closed and turn to doubt in your income.
to trust on repeat.
No more trial and error, just results.

So when you're blogging, you want to common questions that your audience has.
So you create the blogs around those topics.
So think about the questions ask you all the time.
When you get those questions, blog about them.
Use the SEO best practices by incorporating keywords.
Naturally into your content, you want to aim for 500 to 1,000 words and break your text up with
headings, bullet points, and images.
And you want to share your post on social media and email them to your list so that you can
maximize visibility.
But do you really want to connect with your audience?
If you do, videos where it's at.
You want to share your expertise, offer advice, teach to sell, and engage your followers
with video content.
You may not be comfortable on video.
If that's you, I've got news for you.
If you go to the Starbucks today and you go to the barista and you order your event, whatever, and you leave there, do you sit there and think, oh, did I do that well?
Or when you're with your client or your prospect and you consult them?
Do you think, oh, I need to redo that?
Well, think about video, just like real life.
If you don't like the way you look on video, guess what?
You look that way in real life, so you might as well get used to it because you are what you got.
So to be able to do videos is you want to plan your video.
and your videos, whether you're going to use tutorials, Q&As, or product demos, you want to keep the focus.
You want to keep them short.
Three to five minutes.
Start with a tension-grabbing hook and end with a strong call to action.
And don't forget, optimize your titles and descriptions for SCM.
You want to see how this is done a high level.
Go to YouTube.
Type in No Broke Months, subscribe to the No Broke Months channel, and gain great content, and see how this is done in real life.
I want to give you a hack on video that has worked wonders for me.
So to be able to do this, what you want to do is you want to create an eye-catching thumbnail.
Use SEO-friendly title.
Think like your audience entitle the video based on what you think they may be searching for.
And you want to hook them within the first five seconds.
These moments are critical.
They're crucial.
Think about it like this.
The thumbnail gets them to click on to it.
The first five seconds keeps them engaged.
And then as you walk through the video with them or as you present the video to them,
you want to be able to keep them hooked from step to step to step.
so that they stick with your video and they watch it.
So once you do this, you want to go live and you want to post your video,
you want to share it on all your platforms,
you want to email it to your list so you can boost that initial engagement.
And when you post it live, you want to harness the algorithm.
You want to encourage your followers to comment, like, and share your video.
By the way, comment, like, and share all the videos on the No Brook Month's channel.
The more engagement that you get, the more visible your video becomes.
And the last step to optimizing video is to take a small amount of ad spin.
For as little as $5 a day, you can target the right audience and you can get more views.
I see anywhere from 3 to 5,000 views per video using this method by posting it, sending it an email to your audience, when it goes live, and then taking $5 a day for seven days to be able to advertise it to your audience.
Now, the next thing I want to talk to you about is advertising with small budget ads.
So on Facebook, which is such a powerful tool for building connection, there's a simple hack to be able to boost your presence on Facebook.
To do this, send friend requests to your target audience.
You can build connections with those who align with your business goals.
And then, as you become friends online, engage, interact with their post, be genuine, start
building rapport and connection with them, be interested in them.
Comment on their pretty dog, comment on, you know, they just went to Disney world.
Man, that sounds great.
Congratulations, looks like you had fun with your family.
Be genuine.
Be meaningful.
Now, when you're posting, I want you to be strategic.
I want you to share your personal content.
Open up your life.
Think about this a four to one ratio.
One part, business, four parts personal.
This shows who you are while it also offers a value to your audience.
And when you do the one part business, a lot of times just have it sort of in the background.
Look, check this out.
If I'm doing a personal post right now, you see that no broke months.com?
I can be talking about my pretty dog Ellie.
She's right here on the floor.
And I could be having that no broke months.com in the background.
And that's an opportunity for me sort of subliminally to be talking about my business about how I
help people use and teach to sell so that they have consistent predictable income.
Yet I'm posting a nice beautiful video or a photo of my dog alley.
Follow these steps and you will be amazed at how much your online presence will
improve and the engagement that you'll get that will result in business for you.
Now it's time to take action. Start using these strategies today and watch your online
presence grow and remember small consistent steps lead to big
results. God bless you. All right. Thank you lastly. All right ladies and gentlemen. Thank you for your time and
attention today and I'm going to wish that you have the best day of your life. You'd be grateful, make good choices,
go help somebody. And God bless you. I'll see you. This is Dan Rocheon, host of No Broke Months.
