We're going to go through the self-coaching model because what we talked about, the habits.
We talked about how the habits create your world so that you can have that outcome. And we displayed it with Kelly's physique, where you look at Kelly's physique, you're like, yeah, that dude goes to the gym.
Does anybody doubt that he goes to the gym?
You think he just shows up one day and he's like all muscle and all that type of stuff?
No.
That's habits done time after time after time after time.
You think that I've had a successful sales career just like show up one day and I'm a great salesperson? No. It's just about habits done time, after time, after time,
after time. And we're not talking about big habits, by the way. One to three hours, five days a week,
go find business. That's it. It's that simple. So on your piece of paper, I want you to use the
entire piece of paper. And we're going to go through what's called the self-coaching model.
The self-coaching model is going to allow for you to break that cycle of suck.
Have you ever had the same things happen over and over and over again?
Well, it's most likely because you're doing the same habits over and over and over again.
So how do you break it to be able to embrace new habits? Well, to be able to embrace
new habits, you have to first be able to break through your subconscious. I was an active
alcoholic until I was 32 years old. I would drink two bottles of wine, 12 beers, bottles of beer
every single night from 10 p.m, smoke a pack and a half of cigarettes
from 10 PM till 2 AM, pass out, wake up, hung over, do it again the next day.
When I woke up hung over and that entire day, when I felt like crap, you think
that my conscious was like, I'm not going to do this anymore. Absolutely. But what held me back?
What held me back was my subconscious
It wasn't until I broke the subconscious
Until I was able to
Embrace recovery
Until I was able to get well
Because I can tell you
From 13 when I started drinking to 32
When I stopped drinking those 20 years
They sucked
And I knew they sucked
But my subconscious was holding me back
From making a change.
So how do you, how do you get your subconscious to break through those change,
that ceiling of achievement on the top of your page at the 12 o'clock position,
we're going to do a big clock. So the 12 o'clock position on your page, I want you to write down
the word circumstance. And then at around the two o'clock position over to the right, I want you to write
down the word thoughts. And then below thoughts around the five o'clock position, I want you to
write down the word feelings. To the left of feelings at around the seven o'clock position,
I want you to write down the word actions. And above actions to to the left of thought, at around the 10 o'clock position,
I want you to write down the word results. Circumstance, thoughts, feelings, actions,
results. The first three, your circumstance, your thoughts, and your feelings. That's your life.
Your circumstance are perceived by your five senses
You're walking down the street, you smell things
You see things, you hear things
You taste things, you feel things
So this is the way we perceive our world
Is through our five senses
And then when we perceive our world through our five senses
We have a thought about that.
If it's an empowering thought, you're going to feel empowered. If it's a shitty thought,
you're going to feel like shit. Your circumstance perceived by your five senses leads to your
thoughts. Your thoughts leads to your feelings. So I want you to take an arrow between each of those words,
those words that you put on the page.
And I want you to take circumstance to the right.
The circumstance leads to your thoughts.
Put an arrow pointing to the thoughts.
And then from your thoughts to your feelings,
I want you to put an arrow.
Thoughts leading to your feelings.
And then from your feelings to your actions.
Feelings leading to your actions.
And then your actions feelings to your actions, feelings leading to your actions, and then your actions leading to your results, and then your results leading to your circumstance, so that it's a closed loop.
So now if you have a closed loop and you're getting results that you don't like, what the heck do you do about it?
This is where we're going to do a half. So that circumstance up with the tongue, that subconscious that's
holding you back from embracing new habits. Because again, it's easy or it's simple. I don't
know if it's easy or not. I think it's easy and simple, right? But I know at the very least it's
simple. One to three hours of lead generation today, five days a week will get you consistent
predictable income. That's a simple recipe. You
guys all is you, do we need to write that out? We all clear on that. That's a simple recipe,
right? We can all fall at one to three hours. Lead generation gets you consistent, predictable
