there's a million and one things that can take your time as a real estate agent.
So if there's only five things that make you money and a million and one things that cost you time,
then it would be really, really smart of you to take your next three closings
and take 10% of those commissions and put it into a bank account and then hire a virtual assistant.
Why would you want to hire a virtual assistant?
Because, again, only five things make you money.
So you want to start shedding off all those other things that take your time.

There's five things that make you money. What is the five things? Somebody teach that to me right
now? Lead generation, setting appointments, going on appointments to get hired, negotiations,
and scripts and role play. Well, and what do we start this conversation with? There's a million and one
things that can take your time as a real estate agent. We all agree to that. So there's only five
things that make you money and a million and one things that cost you time. Then it would be really,
really smart of you to take your next three closings, your next two closings, and take 10% of those commissions and
put it into a bank account and then hire a virtual assistant. Why would you want to hire
a virtual assistant? Because, again, only five things make you money. So you want to start
shedding off all those other things that take your time. Does that make sense to you guys? You start shedding it off, shedding it off,
shedding it off. Now, there's another way that you can shed off activity by using a showing agent as
well, by the way. If you want to be able to get a showing agent, I recommend Showami.
My friend Matt Kuchar owns that business. I don't
get anything from recommending him, but if you go to
CheapListingTools.com and
you sign up for his services from
that link, then at least I get
a data boy. So that's another way
that you can shed off to be able to scale
so that you're not taking all your time.
Okay, so going back,
you make money by
five things.
There's a million and one things that you could be able to do to make sales.
We want to get those $999,000, whatever, off your plate so you can focus on the five things.
How do you do that effectively?
You hire two virtual assistants.
Why two instead of one?
Because one's going to do your marketing and one's going to do your client care.
Again, why two instead of one?
Can't one person do both?
Sure.
Until you have to fire them.
My first hire that I made in my business was on April 8, 2008.
My first closing in my business was April 7, 2008.
I have never taken the job back.
I've never taken client care back. I've never taken marketing back. In 16 years, I have never
taken the job back. There's been ebbs and flows of having the wrong people in the wrong places,
but there's always been enough of the right people in the right places to be able to accommodate for that.
My job is to focus on the money-making activities.
All right, that's what your job is.
Thanks so much for listening
to the No Broke Months podcast today.
Until the next show, I invite for you to be grateful, make good choices, help someone,
have the best day of your life, and go find a listing.
