When we are in real choices, we will naturally make the best choice that we have available
to us.
But this only applies to real choices.
So to have a genuine choice, you have to one, know what that choice is and two, know how
to do it.
Three, know what the value of the choice is and four, be equipped to actually carry it
out.

Well, I've talked to you guys today
about some thoughts about feedback versus failure.
You know, all results, everything that we have
is an achievement.
So whether if you get the desired outcome
that you want or not, it's still feedback.
Sometimes we look at feedback, you know,
if we don't like what we're getting, we look at feedback, you know, if we don't like what
we're getting, you look at the feedback as a failure. But when you recognize that
there is only feedback, then you can start making better choices. So when we
listen to the feedback, when we take the courage to listen to that feedback, and then
when we understand that it's up to you to choose if you want to take action on
it, or if you want to accept it.
And so when you recognize that there is only feedback, then you're in a position that you can,
first of all, feel better about yourself.
Okay.
And then secondly, you can understand that there is no failure.
There's only feedback.
Have you ever felt like you have not achieved something in your life that you
want to achieve or felt like you have not achieved something in your life that you wanted
to achieve or felt like you had a failure in your life?
Has anybody ever felt that before?
We all have, right?
Can we all admit that we've all felt like, I want to say maybe for some of us, we've
felt like failures, right?
But failure is not a definition of a person, not a definition of any of us.
And when we recognize that there's only feedback, then we can then position
ourselves to recognize the feedback for what it is.
So let's say you got feedback and you didn't like it.
This can be professionally, personally, spiritually, whatever it is, it's
important to you and you receive feedback and you didn't like it.
I would say you even perceived it as a failure.
Then you're in choices.
The choices that you have are what?
You can do nothing about it.
If then you're getting that feedback choices. The choices that you have are what? You can do nothing about it, continue getting that feedback.
You could change your strategy, change your approach.
But ultimately, where does the feedback come from?
What causes the feedback?
What causes the result?
What are you gonna say?
Your actions.
Okay, I love it.
Your actions.
Is there another way we could say that?

your nutrition, you don't sleep well, and you don't exercise, what do you think the
outcome of your body is gonna be? I believe you'd be pretty sick. Pretty sick. If you
have a family, if you have a partner, you tell them and you show them on a daily basis,
I miss on a daily basis, You have dinner with them early.
My daughter today is like,
I want to go hang out with this person, this person.
I say, yeah, that's fine. I'll take you there.
But the deal is I take you there,
we'll have a dinner together.
Yeah, no problem.
You have dinner regularly with your family members.
You honor them, you treat them well,
you spend time with them.
What type of relationship do you think you're going to have?
Strong bonds.
Strong bond, good one.
And on the same thing, if you don't spend time with them or you treat them
poorly, what type of relationship do you think you're going to have?
Probably wouldn't have a relationship.
Yeah.
If in business you spend one to three dollars a day finding business, spending
your time and your hype on the word you feel, degeneration, converting the
leads to neek with you, Going on appointments for the purpose to get hired, showing them all if
you're a real estate agent, negotiating, practicing your scripture role play.
And you do those activities one to three hours every day.
Very similar to going to the gym one to three hours every day.
What do you think your outcomes are going to be?
You'll have more business.

And if you are building a business and you're focusing on recruiting every day, you're selecting the right people to be in business with every day, training them,
leading them, motivating them, sharing, you know, the meaning of your business,
making sure that they have certainty, making sure that they have certainty,
making sure that they have significance.
The people that you leave, that they're happy,
that they feel like they have a home.
By the way, you have a home here, by the way.
When you focus on those activities,
what do you believe you're gonna create?
Money, wealth, business.
Money, wealth, business.
And then when you create money, wealth, business,
what will that create?
Happiness.
Happiness, love and belonging, that's what I want for you.
Everybody here, that's what I want for you.
And I want growth, historic growth.
I don't share this often enough, but the Consistent Predictable Income Community is a community that deserves historic growth.
To be able to do that, two things have to happen.
Number one is you have to reach your goal. Number two is we could choose to bring more people into the community by introducing people
who you know, real estate agents specifically, who could be a part of this historic growth,
who themselves can reach their goals.
If you're a real estate agent and you choose to regenerate sporadically, you choose to
not control your schedule such that you're there for
example, instead of regenerating from 930 to noon each day, you're doing
home inspection, doing the 80%.
What do you think your world's going to look like instead of the 20% and
making reason and excuses of why you're doing that?
What do you think?
What will your world look like?
Sporadic, inconsistent, lackluster.
When we are in real choices, we will naturally make the best choice that we have available to us.
But this only applies to real choices.
So to have a genuine choice, you have to 1. know what that choice is, and 2. know how to do it.
3. know what the value of the choice is, and or be equipped to actually carry it out.
What I've given you thus far today is choices.
You could choose to eat healthy,
you could choose to exercise,
you could choose to drink water,
you could choose to sleep well,
and you could choose to drink alcohol,
you could choose to smoke cigarettes,
you could choose to go to Dunkin' Donuts,
you could choose to overeat.
Those are choices, would we all to overeat. Those are choices.
Would we all agree with that?
Both are choices.
Right.
So the first thing you have to know is you have to know what choices you have available
to you.
Then you have to know what to do and then you have to know its value.
And you have to be motivated to choose the choices and then you have to be able to actually
carry it out.
As a real estate sales agent, the number one thing that I recognize of real estate agents
who succeed versus do not succeed
is are you aware of your choices?
And it's that simple.
Are you aware that you have a choice to tell a health inspector that you're unavailable
at 10 a.m. today?
Do you have that awareness?
I heard you.
I'm talking to everybody.
Are you aware?
So when you have the ability to understand that you have choices, guess what's going
to happen? You're naturally naturally gonna make the best choice.
When you have the understanding to say,
well, it really truly is a choice
in between doing things that are gonna serve me,
such as having dinner with my daughter tonight,
and every night that I have her,
right, like that's a non-negotiable for me.
I know that if I can just do that one activity,
I only have my daughter half the time,
and I'm not a perfect dad, and none of us are perfect human beings. But if I could just do that one activity, I only have my daughter half the time and I'm not a perfect dad and none of us
are perfect human beings. But if I could just do one damn thing
and have dinner with her every night, well, at least I made
that choice right. And if I make that choice right, what's the
outcome going to be?
Better relationship with your daughter.
