Let's go through some hypnotic patterns.
So you might want to take some notes. All right,
that was your first example. You might want to dot, dot, dot. So you may want to write that down
and let's practice it. Let's practice it in a real estate sense. So in a real estate sense,
it may be something like you might want to hire me.
So Kat, you want to practice that first?

Now I want to demonstrate to you guys, when I said that, I think everybody reached for a pen and paper.
Did anybody not reach for a pen and paper when I said that originally?
You can observe how it works. So when you guys practice this,
then you'll become better salespeople and you'll be able to appreciate the value that the CPI
community provides to you. I mean, you do want to become a better salesperson, right? Okay.
So the pattern that we're practicing there is when you blank, then blank. When you attend description role play,
then you become a better salesperson.
All right, and now I added a double bind in there,
but let's not worry about the double bind
that I did in there.
Okay, so the double bind was to get you to say yes
to attending this and say yes to appreciate the value
that this is, okay?
But let's just do
just the first part of it. So when you blank, then blank. When you hire me, then we can get
this property sold. Who'd like to go first? When you hire me, then we get this property sold.
Good. Remember with the embedded commands, it's not a question.
It's a downward swing.
I'm still hearing, hire me.
All right, hire me.
Sit, roll over, play dead.
You know, like you're talking to a dog.
All right, the next one I'm going to teach you is,
so what we've gone through so far,
if you're writing notes and you should be,
the first one was you might want to blank. The second one was when you blank, then blank.
The third one is going to be the more blank, the more blank. The more that you practice,
the more competent you become. The more that you share with me, Mr. Buyer,
the more likely I'll find that home that you desire. So the more you follow my advice, the more likely we'll get this property sold. Let's try that. Let's practice that one.
