Jeff Gordon, Jeff Gordon, race car driver, right? Let's imagine that he gets into a car and he doesn't practice at all. His pit crew doesn't practice at all, right? They just like, they're like, I'm just going to show up when it's game day and I'm going to go. Race day rather, right?
Starting point is 00:01:56 I'm going to show up on race day and I'm going to go. How many times do you think Jeff Gordon and his crew and his team will win? Never. Never. Which is why I want you to practice this. We're at the point of time where we're getting ready to get hired. If you have a roommate, anybody that lives in your house, go through this process physically, because when you do that, now it's going to be ingrained in your head. It's going to be ingrained in your psyche, in your spirit, and it's going to be ingrained in your head. It's going to be ingrained in your psyche, in your spirit, and it's going to be second nature, but you've got to practice it.
Starting point is 00:02:31 And I want you to practice this at the level that you could teach it to another person. You could take the philosophy of, I'm going to understand the concept that Dan's teaching me so well that I could teach it to another person. Why? Because teaching is the pinnacle of learning. And we're going to take this same concept and use it for your buyers and your sellers, for your clients as well. Okay. So when we get into next week and I start to go through the consultation with the buyers and sellers, or rather with the seller. And I go through and you'll see it's an education process. I educate them. So what I want you to begin to embrace starting now is I want you to begin to embrace the fact that you are an educator. I want you to begin to embrace the fact that you are a
Starting point is 00:03:20 teacher. And we're going to start that right now by you embracing these steps to the level that you can teach another. In this entire process, everything that you're learning is a process that you're going to prevent the predictable problems. It's a process that you're going to be able to predict the future. But you've got to be an educator to be able to do that. You've got to be an educator to be able to do that. You've got to be a teacher. Thank you so much for listening. You are freaking amazing. And because you're amazing,
Starting point is 00:03:59 I'm going to ask for a quick favor. It'll just take you 30 seconds for you to leave a favorable five-star rating or review on your favorite platform. Then what I'll do is I'll enter you into a raffle where we can meet 45 minutes for a free coaching session. And I'll also give you a copy of the book, Real Estate Evolution, which is the 10-step guide to CPI consistent and predictable income. Oh, by the way, I'm the author of that book. So if you'd like for me to coach you, give you some nuggets and help you in your business, go ahead and leave a review and you can enter into the monthly raffle to win.
