Tune into the new No Broke Months for Real Estate Agents episode for strategies for identifying and prioritizing the most critical tasks. When you're building a business, you may have a thousand things that you want to do.
I'll give you an example. Right now in my real estate sales business, over the past year, six months to a year, I've been building a structure that has a massive amount of lead flow
coming in. I built a structure to make sure I had the right people around me. I started doing that
well before. I built a structure of those massive amount of lead flows coming in one lead generating
system at a time. I brought on somebody to manage my inside sales agent department.
And now that that's all working, mostly, there's always opportunities.
But now that that's generating what I wanted to generate, now I'm focusing on hiring the
right people, hiring the right agents to benefit from that.
But if I would have focused on hiring the right agents to benefit from it,
maybe I would have gotten some more revenue over the last year because last
year has been tough on revenue,
but it would have made it so that I would have been less effective in
focusing on Google ads.
That took me a year to build.
It would have been less effective in me focusing on credit monitoring leads,
where we monitor the leads of the people that apply for a loan that are in our database.
It would have, you know, we're finishing up right now using artificial intelligence in our business
to re-engage in people who are already in our database.
It would have inhibited us to be able to build out sales funnels with buyer webinars and seller webinars and all the different things that any one of them is a major undertaking.
Any one of them took me months and months and months of filming and putting together
and making sure all the mechanics of, you know,
when somebody clicks this button, this happens to be able to be most effective to convert. But I did all of that one at a time, one priority at a time.
So that gets into you wherever you are in your business. And it can be pretty simple. If you have no business
right now, your one priority is get
business. I can give you your one priority.
All right? Once you get
business and once you figure out how to lead
generate, once you figure out how to be able to get business
flowing in, then you can start building
a business.
And now you can start looking at
the priorities of recruiting,
training,
leading,
motivating,
selecting the right people to be in business with.
Thanks so much for listening to the no broke months podcast today.
