Starting point is 00:02:05 to elevate your sales career to new heights. Who remembers what CPI time is? Money-making activities. And what are those money-making activities? Starts with lead generation. And then how do we build upon that? Converting leads into appointments. Leads to appointments. What's the third of the five? Converting appointments into clients. What's the fourth? Getting referrals. The fourth is negotiate. Getting referrals would be in the lead generation piece. So that's actually in the first. And the fifth would be practice, description, role play. Let me say that again, and I want you to write this down. I'm going to ask you guys this every single day. This has to be internalized.
Starting point is 00:02:49 The two things that I say that are the most vital that you learn to be able to be successful is what's your job description, which is CPI time, and how do you communicate, which is the CPI communication model. How you communicate with the CPI communication model quickly is have rapport, ask in-depth questions, actively listen. What is CPI time? That is your job description. You should have that embedded in your psyche. That is lead generate. Robert, like, you know, getting referrals and all that, that all stays within lead generation. Convert the leads to meet with you. Meet with them so that you get hired. Negotiate and practice your script and role play. Those are the five money-making activities. So those five money-making activities go on the lead generation floor. And when you're able to do those five lead generating activities on a daily basis, five days a week, guess what? You make money. And guess what? When you're able to do those five lead generating activities on a daily basis, five days a week, guess what?
Starting point is 00:03:46 You make money. And guess what? When you're able to do this in a way that is five days a week, you have consistent, predictable income. Okay? By the way, as I'm teaching these frameworks, like I just went through two frameworks that we've gone over, over and over and over and over again. For some of you, it's new. For some of you, it's not. For some of you, it's not. Wherever you are is perfectly fine.
Starting point is 00:04:08 Yet, for all of you, what I want you to embrace is the teach-to-sell method where when you are able to teach CPI time to your kid, when you're able to teach the CPI communication model to your sister, that demonstrates that you have taken the level of this knowledge to an expertise. Okay, because what I want to guide you to be is a teach-to-sell agent rather than an average agent. An average agent comes to classes like this, and they listen to the content and, hey, that's great. And maybe you learn some of it. A few, very, very few become a teach-to-sell agent. Somebody who can take the content, the frameworks that you're learning, and teach it to another.
