And that's the way that you can impact the world, the universe. That's the way I can do the same. Welcome to the No Broke Months for Real Estate Agents podcast. Sales coach Dan Roshan from No Broke Months for salespeople delves into leadership and its profound impact on the world. Dan explains that leadership is not a solitary journey. The most significant impact is when leaders cultivate and nurture other leaders, creating a ripple effect of inspiration and influence that transcends boundaries. I want to go back to John Maxwell's levels of leadership, position, relational, production, developing people, and leadership. You will be at a different level with all people at all times. Hopefully, you're at the place of at least relational. And a relational relationship is something that you know that I care for you.
Starting point is 00:01:52 You know that I'm genuinely interested in helping you. And then once you understand that, we can get to production. And the production is ultimately in my business, how many closings do we have pending? How many listings do we have? How many offers are we going to write that gets accepted a day? There's production that happens before that, which is how many appointments are we setting? And that's relevant.
Starting point is 00:02:15 Yet, we can set 27 appointments a day, and if we convert none of them or if we close none of them or if none of them go pending, it's a waste of time. All right? So it's a waste of time. All right? So it's about following through on production. And then developing people is to help them to know how to think so that they can reach their goals. And finally, the pinnacle of leadership, according to John Maxwell, is leading others to lead others. That's when you start duplicating yourself.
Starting point is 00:02:46 Jesse Zagorski is my mentor. Right now, you're leading from Jesse. Jesse's a level five leader from me. Not in everything that I'm saying right now. In fact, really nothing that I'm saying right now came from Jesse. But many things that I teach come from Jesse. He teaches me, I teach you. I hope that you teach another. And guess what? Somebody taught Jesse in front of him. John Maxwell is an example of a pinnacle five leader. I've only met him one time. He did teach me, not directly, but he taught me through what he wrote about the five levels of leadership that I'm teaching you right now. And now I'm teaching you that. That's the pinnacle of leadership. Not everybody's receptive to receiving that.
Starting point is 00:03:32 Yet, in our community, my expectation and my request of you is that you are accepting to be able to take what you're learning and then teach to sell. Because teach to sell is the pinnacle of leadership where you learn what I'm teaching you that I learned from somebody else or I learned from experience, but either way it's been proven to work. And now you embrace that so that you can teach it to another human being. And onward and onward and onward. And that's the way that you can impact the world, the universe. That's the way I can do the same.
