Starting point is 00:00:00 We only go through our lives consciously around 10% of the day. And when you program yourself, because when that happens, it's subconscious. That's the way you react. And what we're doing is we're programming you subconsciously to react differently. What an embedded command is, is when you tell somebody what to do, and you embed it within a conversation. Starting point is 00:01:41 play, which is what we're going to do today is we're going to practice embedded commands and tie downs so now let's teach you some uh some some ways to talk to the subconscious okay so then what we're doing now is we're bypassing the consciousness to get directly to the subconscious because last thing i'll say about this and then we'll start we only go through our lives consciously around 10 of the day if that subconsciously we're going through life so dorothy's doing affirmations right now and the reason why dorothy's doing affirmations is because she's programming herself when she's in a place to say okay i can program myself to have better better affirmations because when i go into autopilot and that car cuts me off i got a choice i can sit there say man that was a mistake he made i hope he's happy or i could say fuck you right like that's a choice right conversation for effect excuse me
Starting point is 00:02:40 if i offend anybody all right but way, you have the choice. It's on you. And when you program yourself, because when that happens, it's subconscious. You're not consciously going to sit there and call somebody an idiot or curse at them. Not on purpose. But subconsciously, boom. That's the way you react. And what we're doing is we're programming you subconsciously to react differently you can speak to the subconscious of yourself and everything that
Starting point is 00:03:12 i'm talking to you about today i want you to consider how this how this impacts you but also impacts others so what we're talking about now is how you can be able to speak to other people's subconscious holy hill published not, not in Think and Grow Rich. I don't remember the book he published. Something about, I think it was a Harvard study early on in the movies where the reels would come out and then reels would come out and they would have a little bit of like Coca-Cola or popcorn. You know how like the movies would come out and it would be like,
Starting point is 00:03:41 you know, the reels would sort of splice together so people were moving. In fact, some of us when we were kids, we were younger that was the way that way the movies were when i was a kid and um they would take those little bit of splits of coca-cola where you wouldn't see it it would just hit your subconscious like that and what they studied what and napoleon hill publishers what they studied was that it increased the sales of popcorn and coca-cola just for that little bit of like nobody saw it well guess what they made that illegal pretty quickly right because that's you know so so but i'm going to teach you how you could do that ethically and how you could do that legally and that's what an embedded command is. What an embedded command is,
Starting point is 00:04:25 is when you tell somebody what to do and you embed it within a conversation. So I appreciate that you guys are here today because like me, I understand that you want to learn. And in that sentence there, the embedded command was what? Like me. Okay. And that's what an embedded command is
Starting point is 00:04:48 it's whatever you want to have happen i want you to like me hey i got feelings you know i want you to like me choose me hire me work with me buy now that's what i want you to do. And so if you figure out what you want somebody to do and you put it in a short command and you put that command inside of a sentence and you pause before the command, you pause after the command and on the command, you do a downward slope of a tomahawk, like by now.
Starting point is 00:05:23 If Ellie was there, well, she is there sit all right and that but that's the inflection that you're doing sit by now we're gonna go through a lightning fast round of of embedded commands what i want to do is i want to practice a a embedded command uh sentence okay and so the embedded command sentence that we're going to do is um so when you're when you when you're communicating somebody and they say well why should i hire you say well so many people choose me because dot dot dot and i just want you to practice this that one portion of a sentence and we're just just saying just that nothing. So many people choose me because. Jade, do you like to go?
Starting point is 00:06:09 So many people choose me because. So many people choose me because. So many people choose me because. And you want that choose me to be a little bit more emphasized. Downward. Choose me. Dorothy. So many people choose me because.
Starting point is 00:06:34 Diana. So many people choose me because. Sometimes, particularly with females, because your voices are higher than mine. Mine's more bass. You have the tendency to sort of go up, higher pitch. And when you go higher pitch, it actually does the opposite of what we want to do. Hire me? Hire me.
Starting point is 00:06:56 That's why I want to go downward on that. All right, good job. All right, guys. Have the best day of your life. Be grateful. Make good choices. Go help somebody. God bless you.
Starting point is 00:07:06 Thanks so much for listening to the No Broke Months podcast today. Until the next show, I invite for you to be grateful, make good choices, help someone, have the best day of your life, and go find a listing.
