All right, guys, ladies and gentlemen, we're going to jump right into it today.
Starting point is 00:02:13 So we're going to talk about e-generation and we're going to talk about momentum and we're going to talk about focus. And so let me share with you, like the biggest challenge that I see salespeople make is a half, you know, a half-assed effort that they believe is a full effort into generate the results that they want to generate. And so if you consider that, what do I mean by that? I see so often people, well, let me ask you guys a question. Would you agree, and this is really interesting, I was thinking about this yesterday, that the odds are as a real estate salesperson, you're going to not succeed. I'm not talking about you. I'm talking about globally. Would you agree that that's a true statement? What do you guys think? The odds are definitely stacked against us. Yeah. I kind of, I kind of agree.
Starting point is 00:03:15 Yeah. No, I'm not talking about you guys. Right. I'm just talking globally. Right. Yeah. I agree. All right. So when I, when I, when I do things right, I agree. All right. So when I do things, right, to the best of my ability, I intend to be objective rather than subjective. So objective is you can measure it. This is a square. Subjective is that's the prettiest orange in the world. Okay, so when I state facts, I want to state facts such as it's a square.
Starting point is 00:03:43 So it is an objective statement that the odds are that in the real estate sales field, agents do not succeed. So how's that objective? In my almost 20 years in this career, I have seen not thousands of agents fail, tens of thousands. And I've seen a very, very small percent succeed. Call it around. I mean, they say it's 13% that will succeed, but that's not true. It's only 13% that will still be left standing. Okay, so then of that 13%, it's a small, you know, we're looking at
Starting point is 00:04:27 maybe 3% or so. So if I've seen 10,000 agents get their license, maybe was that 300? Yeah, that's about right. Maybe 300 have succeeded at any level, maybe even less than that, if we can with you, right? And I've probably at this point in my career have seen more than 10,000 agents get their license, whether they work for me or were coached by me. But what I can tell you is I'm going to give you the tools that you can use to succeed.
Starting point is 00:04:59 So if we know that the odds are stacked against us, what's the difference between the 300 and the 9 700 what's the difference what do you guys think it's only one answer by the way it's a very simple answer consistent they lead generate five days a week that's it okay they lead generate five days a week all right that's it now you ask yourself i don't want anybody to answer this right am i lead generating five days a week now ask yourself a second question i should probably should have asked this up front before i asked that question but i think you know the answer that question what is the definition of lead generation how would you guys define lead
Starting point is 00:05:39 generation what do you guys think i guess voice to to voice or face to face with the intention to making a significant connection. Yeah, to get hired. So what my point being here is the difference between the 300 and the 9,700 is that the 300 do lead generation five days a week and the 9,700 do not. Thanks so much for listening to the show.
