reading, through affirmations, et cetera, then we're able to be a more powerful being.

about today is we're talking about hiring. So what would cause us to talk about hiring? So to
remind you, Tuesday, Wednesday, Thursday, Thursday is CPI Baby Steps.
And during CPI Baby Steps, we give you the frameworks to sales from anywhere from how to
believe in yourself and how to be able to hack to become the best version of yourself using
scientific and psychological tools to where do you find the business? How do you convert the business to meet with you?
How do you get hired at a 85% over the time ratio?
How do you get reviews and testimonials?
And that all is like the basics 101 of real estate sales.
However, if you want to build a business, then you're going to
have to incorporate two different skills that are not taught often. So if you're looking at a
business, you're going to take it and it's going to look something like this. So let's say we're
building a business and an analogy is going to be a building.
So we're building that building.
It's going to be a three-story building.
And then the bottom floor is going to be your beliefs.
All right. So that's your foundation.
That's below the level.
If you don't have a belief in yourself, you will be challenged to be able to be successful.
And if you don't have a belief in yourself, you're going to be screwed.
Now, the reality of it is,
is a lot of us most,
those beliefs that get in our way,
actually all of us,
it resides in our subconscious.
So that's the challenge that we have is because we can manufacture belief,
yet the challenges that we have
resides within our subconscious
okay and so that that's why we go through the self-coaching model to be able to uh to be able
to accommodate the uh you know your subconscious to be able to guide your subconscious right and
so that's why we go through meditation, affirmations, visualizations, prayer.
We go through reading.
We go through relationships.
We go through the things that can allow for us to encourage our consciousness to be able to surround ourselves and we're able to program ourselves through exercise, through reading, through affirmations, et cetera, then we're able to be a more powerful being.
Okay, now we're able to have better thoughts.
When we have better thoughts, we have better feelings.
When we have better feelings, we take better actions.
When we take better actions, we get better results.
So that's all within the belief process.
