Starting point is 00:00:52 So as agents, I know that you want to be able to make the most amount of money to be able to do it the easiest way possible to spend time with your family and those that you love. And when you learn these concepts, you're going to get the time with your family, get more money, and get an easier life. You do want an easier life, don't you? Okay. So I'm going to say a sentence. I want you to take this sentence and tell me where's the modal operator, the embedded command, the pace, and the tie down. All right, I'm going to say this sentence, and then you're going to decipher it for me.
Starting point is 00:01:35 All right. So we're all here right now having a conversation about psychology and persuasive language. And you probably feel that you should practice these scripts so that you could be able to embed them within yourself. And when you embed these scripts within yourself, you'll be able to make more sales. You do want to make more sales, don't you? You pretty much paced pretty much all the way through that.
Starting point is 00:02:10 There were pregnant pauses and of course the tie down was at the very end. And you were looking for it. What's the word you're looking for? Mobile operator. Mobile operator I think was in bed in yourself. The mobile operator would be should Okay remind you what the mobile operator is that's something like must good supposed to decide to
Starting point is 00:02:35 when you decide to List with me. You'll be able to get more money for the sale of your property You do want more money for the sale of your property. Don't you? That was a little bit easier to decipher because I've said it shorter. Okay, so in that sentence you should be the modal operator, lives with me. So I wasn't pacing on that one. It's hard. They get longer when you're pacing because you could take the pace out and go through it quicker. You should list with me, that's the embedded command, so did you get the most amount of money? That's a pace right there actually get the most amount of money. You do want the most amount of money.
Starting point is 00:03:11 Don't you? Who wants to try it? Now comes the fun part. Let me give you a sentence to practice. Okay. Most people decide to work with me in order to get the most amount of money possible. You do want the most amount of money possible. You do want the most amount of money possible, don't you? Most people decide to work with me so
Starting point is 00:03:32 that they get the most amount of money possible. You do want the most amount of money possible, don't you? In this case the modal operator would be decide to. The embedded command would be work with me, get the most amount of money possible. You do want the most amount of money possible. Don't you? And don't you just did a tie down? All right now that I gave you what to say wants to try it. Most people decide to work with me to get the most. Money possible you do want the most. You do want the most amount of money possible, don't you? Say it again with confidence, especially for the embedded command. The embedded command should be work with me. Most people decide to work with me to get the most of money possible.
Starting point is 00:04:19 You do want the most money possible, don't you? Good. Good. Sarah, how do you feel about that? It was good. I think you need to stand in front of a mirror and say it. I think you were breaking up a little bit. But once you know what you want to say, the other thing about looking in a mirror is you want to smile a little bit. I think it was good. Starting point is 00:05:43 A little different wording, but once you get these scripts, you're going to internalize it to your speak. Terry's much more natural and I'm being more emphasized in the way that I'm communicating it. In real life battle, you would be more along the lines that Terry is communicating it than I am. So I'm emphasizing for effect.
Starting point is 00:06:07 Who wants to read on? Sure. Hit me. I am your greatest helper or your heaviest burden. I am your constant companion. I will push you onward or drag you down to failure. I am completely at your command. Half the things you do, you might just as well turn over to me, or drag you down to failure. I am completely at your command. Half the things you do,
Starting point is 00:06:27 you might just as well turn over to me and I will do them quickly and correctly. I'm easily managed and you much, merely be firm with me. Show me exactly how you want something done and after a few lessons, I will do it automatically. I am the servant of all great men and women and alas of all failures as well. Those who are great, I have made great. Those who are failures, I have made failures. I'm not a machine, though I work with all the precision
Starting point is 00:07:06 of a machine, plus the intelligence of a human being. You may run me for profit, or run me for ruin. It makes no difference to me. Take me, train me, be firm with me, and I will place the world at your feet. Be easy with me, and I will destroy you. Who am I? Your mind? Something I talk about often. I always like to quote when it's not my own work and that's not my own work but we don't know whose it is just for clarity there. So who am I? I am your habit.
Starting point is 00:07:41 And I can tell you it's something that when I was younger, I don't think I recognized. As I get a little bit of wisdom and a little bit of experience, I'm realizing that your habits define you. One thousand percent. Your habits create you. If you have a habit of eating healthy, you'll have a healthy body. I guarantee it as long as it's healthy and appropriate I guarantee you have a great body if you eat healthy you exercise you'll be stronger if you lead generate You'll have business I guarantee it and If you don't you won't
Starting point is 00:08:23 If you have the habit of positive thoughts, you'll have a positive outlook on life and you'll have positive feelings. Because your feelings come from your thoughts. And if you have shitty thoughts, you'll have shitty feelings and you'll have a shitty life. And those are all habits. All right, ladies, what about House from today's conversation? Got to be more mindful of my habits.
Starting point is 00:08:47 Being mindful of habits is a habit, or it could be, or not. Love it. What else? I think it's a good practice to do a daily audit of, you know, our habits. Love it. Love it. Love it. Love it. All right. All right. Everybody have the best
