every single time? Because if you are getting hired every single time, you're probably not
going on enough appointments. And to be a top producing agent, you have to go on a lot of
appointments. Otherwise, you're not going to be a top producer.

All right.
And so when I hear a top producing agent say, hey, I got hired 100% of the time, I'm like, no, that's a lie.
That's your ego talking and you're just trying to look good.
Right?
Like now I am a top producing agent and I get hired 85% of the time on the listing side. And that's an extraordinarily high percentage. So I'm acknowledging the fact that it is a high percentage and it's less than 100%. Yet, how do I get hired 85% of the time? I get hired 85% of the time by following a process, which is what you guys are learning right now. The process is
proven, the process works, and it works 85% of the time. Diana, you've seen the process in real play,
at least, you know, segments of it. Just what's your general feedback and thoughts and what
specific have you noticed about the process in real play that would be
useful for us to know it works significantly better in real time like i what's being conveyed
during the trainings doesn't really even emphasize this the significance that it has
the process and methodology has during real life situations
what do you mean by that um
i can use an example uh an example would be buyers because it's what we're talking about
this morning very meeting so buyers a buyer call when we're cold calling a client or prospect. Our goal is to find out whether or not
they are interested and to get them scheduled. And there's a system that we use, you know,
the specific questions that we want to know the answers to, get them scheduled, send them a
calendar invite, a video intro. And if you kind of deviate from that you're going to end up with
a phone call with someone telling you that they're going to call you back and a couple weeks from now
one of the biggest feedbacks that i get is um from people who shadow me live it's almost 100%
of the time i'm like dan you actually do this Like, so if you were to watch me live in a
consultation or live in a, you know, working with a client, what I'm teaching you right here is
exactly what I do. Okay, now, what you got to understand is I'm giving you a recipe. Is it the
only recipe that you can follow? No. But it's a recipe that will get you hired 85% of the time.
Is it the only recipe that will get you hired 85% of the time? Probably not.
But if you want to get hired at the highest rate, it's a recipe that you can consider to follow.
Now, the reality of it is, is most agents don't follow any recipe.
Most agents just wing it.
Most agents just do whatever they feel is good.
And they may think like, oh, well, my personality will get me through this or me listening to
them and being authentic with them will get me through this.
And that's all great, but it's not predictable.
