Starting point is 00:01:34 Consistency is the cornerstone of success, especially in lead generation, and Dan explains why staying on track is non-negotiable for building a robust pipeline. In the new No Broke Months for Real Estate Agents episode, learn how to implement proven techniques that drive results. So I referenced the book Atomic Habits. Who here has read the book Atomic Habits? And the author, James Clear, shares the idea of identity-based habits. Yesterday, I asked Ali during one of our sessions to say, hey, get yourself off camera. And I said, let's take a look at what happens to
Starting point is 00:02:14 embrace. And everybody looked at the man. We all said, he goes to the gym. Now, I certainly wouldn't do that to somebody who's overweight. But let's say somebody who is overweight and you took a look at them and you'd say, what habits do they embrace? They eat too much food. Well, let me say this differently without judgment. They eat a lot of food. Again, no judgment. It's just that's the habit that they embrace so when you look at a successful real estate agent when you can look at when you can think of it from that visual perspective somebody you perceive as successful
Starting point is 00:02:56 real estate agent what habits do you believe that they embrace they lead generate consistently, daily. And when you look at an unsuccessful real estate agent, what habits do they embrace? Well, a habit that I know that they don't embrace is they don't lead generate. Now, that may be because they're not comfortable with it. That may be because they haven't yet found their way.
Starting point is 00:03:30 But whatever the reason for that to exist, it's the same way as if I sat there and said to you, I'm not going to go to the gym this morning because. Whatever happens to that because, whatever. It could be valid. It cannot be valid. It's just a reason. Is it a valid reason? Maybe.
Starting point is 00:03:53 Is it an invalid reason? Maybe. Is it a reason? Absolutely. And you can only have reasons or results, but you can only have reasons or results but you can't have both and that's a philosophy
Starting point is 00:04:14 that I follow and one that not only do I follow that I embrace within my team such that sometimes I get a little bit annoyed with me but we almost always find the results.
