Today, I want to talk to you about energy. You guys probably have all heard me talk about energy, but maybe not in this context. So we're looking at energy.
What is energy? So energy is everything, right? So we're spiritual beings manifested in a human
condition. And so once we understand that that then we can understand that we are energy
okay and we can also understand that life happens we sense life through our five senses
and then we we have a thought about that and then we have a feeling about that. And then we have a feeling about that. Then we make that become something.
Okay.
And so this is energy where you could take something in your life that you have had an
experience in the past.
And that experience in the past can make you feel confident, can make you feel strong.
Or another experience in the past can make you feel unconfident or weak.
So at the bottom of your page, I want you to write down the word victim. All right. So victim
is when we feel as though if we're at cause of somebody else, or at cause of a situation,
or at cause of a circumstance, we feel as though we have no control.
We communicate to ourselves that we're at cause.
We've all been victims, all of us.
Yet, what our job is to get you from victim to where we're going.
And hopefully you don't stay in that area very often.
So the bottom is victim, number one.
Above victim, I want you to write down the word two,
and that's going to be, you write in there the word anger.
And so to the right of victim, I want you to write down the word low energy,
the words low energy.
Okay, so you're going to do a column one to seven
and over here number one which is victim at the bottom you're going to write down low energy
and at the top you're going to write down high energy so the lowest level of energy is victim
above that would be anger the next one is something that you may be surprised with
and it's something that you may be surprised with.
And it's something that I was surprised when I first learned this responsibility.
I'm going to stop at responsibility here for a second and have a
conversation about that.
Cause I think victim and anger are pretty apparent that those are low
energy.
Will we agree to that?
What about responsibility?
What would cause responsibility on a scale of one to seven to be the third lowest energy?
What do you guys think?
It's a transition to me.
Okay.
Transition.
Got it.
I don't really highlight this too often, but when I am coaching, because I don't like correcting people the way that they speak,
right? But sometimes I will. And sometimes you may hear me say something when somebody says
something like, I need to do this. I have to do this. Where I may jump in and sort of course
correct that languaging. Has anybody ever heard me do that before i don't do it too often but has anybody ever heard
me do that i need to do this yes yes yeah okay well then maybe i do it more often than what i'm
realizing and so when you have to when you must when you need to again it's about looking at the energy. If you need to do something, who's in control?
You or the need?
The need?
Yeah, the need is in control of that, right? And so that's why responsibility is actually a lower
level of energy. So now we're going to start in, as jade said we we talked about transition so it goes
victim at the bottom above that's anger above that's responsibility above that now we're getting
the higher energy components would be compassion so when you have compassion for another
you are entering into a higher realm of energy.
And then on top of compassion would be peace.
So it goes victim, anger, responsibility, compassion, peace,
and then above that would be joy.
And finally, above that would be passion.
So the highest level of energy would be passion,
where the lowest level of energy would be victim.
Have you ever been in a room where someone's been so damn passionate
that you couldn't help but be attracted to them?
Has that ever occurred to you?
That occurs because they are transmitting the highest level of energy possible.
The person with the most passion in a room wins, guaranteed.
Now, well, first of all, this has got to do with life, right?
Because if we can put ourselves into that higher level of peacefulness, of joyfulness, of passion,
then we can be able to position ourselves so that we level of peacefulness of joyfulness of passion then we can be able to
position ourselves so that we have higher energy if we can focus on those three levels of energy
then we're going to be able between peace and passion is joy so it goes victim
anger responsibility compassion peace joy passion anger, responsibility, compassion, peace, joy, passion.
And so when we can be in that place of peacefulness, of joyfulness, and of being passionate,
then you can be in those higher levels of energy. So now, when you're in a higher level of energy,
you'll be able to create more success. All right, because
when I think of me being able to make an impact in the world to help you get from where you are
to where you want to be, that brings me joy. And when I can really, really be focused on that,
that brings me passion, or I hope to elude passion.
