you can change your circumstances by changing your programming.
Bad things are going to happen to you regardless.
And when bad things happen to you, you have the choice about what to do about it.

you can change your circumstances by changing your programming. And so how do you do that?
You do that through actions such as meditation. You may want to write these down.
Listen to podcasts like No Broke Months Podcast,
reading like Real Estate Evolution,
relationships, exercise, visualization.
And so these are all ways
that you can change your circumstance.
When you meditate,
you're able to connect with your subconscious.
Why is that important?
Because your subconscious is Why is that important?
Because your subconscious is what's causing you to have the relationship between your feelings and your thoughts, not your consciousness.
Your subconscious is where you feel those feelings.
90% of the time, you're going through your life unconsciously.
You're just rolling through life.
You're not aware of what's going on, and you're just going. 10% of your life,'re not aware of what's going on and you're just going 10 of your life you're aware of what's going on you're observing you're like oh i'm having this
thought oh is this serving me could i have a different thought and 90 of your life it's just
thoughts and you just boom boom boom boom boom and you're just going going going going going you get
in the car you're driving i want I want a Diet Coke. I drink a
Diet Coke, but I'm not thinking, wait, should I have a Diet Coke? Is that something that's going
to, you know, serve me or hurt me? Like I'm not having that conversation. I'm just having a Diet
Coke. Because if I'm having a conversation, odds are I'm going to not have a Diet Coke.
All right. So that's what I mean by the 90% of the time you're going through life unconsciously. Relationships. What could you
do about relationships? I'm going to recommend that if like me, relationships are something
that you don't have a lot of in your life, or you'd like to have better relationships,
that you take one action a day to be able to get better relationships.
Because when you do that, you'll position yourself
so that you'll have relationships that are empowering.
You'll have relationships that are pulling you up, pushing you up, prodding you, etc.
What's an example of one action a day you could take?
The action I took yesterday, I sent my friend Peter a text.
Hey, do you want to do a poker night at my house this month? That's a small action. That's it.
That's my one action. Today, I'm going to give my friend Rudy a call and ask him to go out to
lunch. That's one action. That's it. Right. But I'm being proactive in my relationships.
I'm taking action in my relationships. I'm doing small baby steps in my relationships. I'm taking action in my relationships. I'm doing small baby steps in my
relationships. I'm not doing like I have to go and call 20 people and say, hey, will you be my best
friend? So when you're able to take small actions, baby steps, CPI baby steps towards these types of
things, then you're able to have a better outcome. Affirmations, I put together a video for you for
affirmations that I'm going to encourage for you to listen to for the next 10 days. Affirmations. I put together a video for you for affirmations. I'm going to
encourage for you to listen to for the next 10 days. Affirmations are programming your brain.
Okay. Because again, if we're 90% of us is in our subconscious and it's a, it's there in the,
in the chat, I encourage for you to copy that and do it for 10 days. I promise you,
you do that for 10 days, 10 minutes a day, 10 days.
I promise you that your mood will be enhanced. Your energy will be enhanced. Your actions will
be enhanced. Your results will be enhanced. 10 minutes a day, that's all it takes. Again,
baby steps. You can read for 10 minutes a day that's it that's all it takes
you can exercise for 30 minutes a day or take a 30 minute walk it may take a little bit longer
with exercise sorry if you um if you are not exercising right now i'm going to invite for
you to take a walk today you can put your earbuds in and listen to a podcast while you do it
and if and i'm not asking for you to go out there and listen to a podcast while you do it. And if, and I'm not
asking for you to go out there and do, you know, uh, you know, CrossFit or anything like that.
If you've never exercised before, if you have go for it, but if you've never exercised,
get on a treadmill today, take a 30 minute walk. Doesn't take a lot. That's the circumstances.
That's all about the programming. Then we go over to the thought,
which is what I started with, which is bad things are going to happen to you regardless.
And when bad things happen to you, you have the choice about what to do about it.
