What are the buyers wants versus needs?

Agents episode. So what do you think is a challenge of getting hired that's a real
challenge? I'm not going to discredit the challenge. Now we understand that we're going
to take a proactive approach to this. Okay. Yeah. What would some of the challenges be?
Not establishing your value.
Okay. Not establish your value. What else? What are some of the challenges? What about just,
yeah, I think it's, it's aligned Diana with what you're saying. It's probably almost the same. I'm
going to reframe it though, is them not believing you have a value. Like, like, so you're,
you said establishing your value. I think it is a distinct difference, right?
Like them just not believing you even have a value and that that's a true
thing. And what causes that to happen? Zillow, Redfin,
what does the buyer want, by the way?
Do they want your service?
Do they want your help?
Do they want your expertise or your guidance?
They want their house for them that they like that's not going to cost them very much money.
They want a home.
Correct.
Okay, so the buyer doesn't want any of the stuff that I just said,
which creates a paradox. What does the buyer doesn't want any of the stuff that I just said, which creates a paradox.
What does the buyer need?
Your expertise, your guidance, your know-how, your protection.
So what they need and what they want are not necessarily, I mean, I guess they're aligned.
I mean, they still need the home as well, right?
But what they want is a home.
What they need is all that other stuff.
Now, what we do is we create this so that it creates a little bit of a paradox.
So how do you deal with that paradox? You deal with that paradox by guiding them
and just doing it. Because as you start educating them through the 80-20 buyer consultation,
