Starting point is 00:01:31 no feedback from them at all. Or if I have, they've been pretty negative and I'm just getting pretty down on that one. I'm still doing it, but it's weighing pretty heavy on me. And then some of the people that I have reached out to and kept in contact with, I've noticed that in the past couple of weeks, maybe three or four have listed with other agents. So that's pretty disheartening. I don't know what more I need to do. I mean, I'm following the script that you gave out, but yeah, I don't know what else I need to do.
Starting point is 00:02:12 How many have you recently met with? None. They're just like cut me off at the knees pretty much. All right. The ones that listed with another agent, so those were just like prospects and you never met with them? Uh, I met with two of the four. Two of the four. All right. So there was four that listed with another agent and of those two, you met with two of them or of those four, you met with two of them.
Starting point is 00:02:38 How long ago did you meet with those two? I believe one was in November and then one was in December and they were both like, well, at the beginning of the year, we're going to probably list with an agent. Okay. So walk me through the journey, the client journey, if you could, please. I reached out and I did the text and, you know, asking about the compensation. And they were like, yes, they were just wholeheartedly on board. Then I continued to talk with them. And said well can we meet and they were like absolutely so I made an appointment to go there they were just very eager very excited and you know just just happy that you know an agent
Starting point is 00:03:19 was there talking to them it was like they'd never had another agent meet with them, you know, and bring them paperwork to go along with the chat. And then they were like, well, if we don't have someone to come by and, you know, do it without an agent by the beginning of the year, we're going to list with an agent. And I'm like, well, you know, I I'd love to apply for that job, you know, please keep me in mind. And then when I got home, I did the text. I did a thank you card for letting me come by to meet with them and the video text. And I kept up with that for X amount of time. I can't even remember how long I did it. And they, they answered back, you know, they replied back for many times and then it was just, they stopped. Okay. How many total for sale by
Starting point is 00:04:07 owners have you met with maybe seven okay so you're still learning the process my numbers knowing the process would be seven to one so it may make like maybe 14 to one because you got to sort of learn the process okay because what i'm hearing diana is like there's nothing that you've shared with me yet where i'm like oh that's she screwed that up nothing at all right like there's nothing that's like wow that happened right it's just that's the numbers so i don't know and maybe you guys can help me on this right now you're experiencing this right now right and what you're experiencing is exactly what everybody experiences. Every single agent I've ever coached on this strategy, it's the same, right? And even though I say it up front, I'm like, here's what's going to happen.
Starting point is 00:04:58 You're going to get frustrated with this. You're going to get shut down. You're going to get rejected. So they're going to hire another agent. And we all hear it. But then when we go in and actually do it, it's like, oh, there's something wrong. I did hear you tell me that previously when we had a phone call, you did tell me all of this. So, so just, there's nothing wrong here. Go meet another seven. Yeah. It's just for some reason, logic cannot outweigh emotion easily, right?
Starting point is 00:05:26 Because you're even like, yeah, I heard you say it, right? And perfectly makes sense when it's in logic, but now it's in real time. And you're like, they hired another agent. Like, I was meeting with them, and I was following up with them, and I was doing everything I was supposed to do, and they hired another agent. What am I doing wrong? Exactly. Yeah, seven to one, just, just everything
Starting point is 00:05:46 that you're describing is what you're going to experience. So then it's just like, well, how can I get to seven this week? That's the, that's the question, you know, because if you can figure that piece out, then it's 50 listings a year. Thank you so much for listening.
