So what I want you to do first is to practice the template and then give three examples of
550 to 500, go to the lender, or three bedroom instead of four bedroom, or location A instead
of location B. Welcome to the No Broke Months for Real Estate Agents podcast. Working as a real

Real estate coach Dan Roshan from No Broke Month broke months for real estate agents discusses the
hitting the bullseye conversation dan gives a script you can use when the clients still need
to find their perfect home to encourage them to keep looking learn this script in the latest no
broke months for real estate agents episode who knows the hitting the bullseye script? Price, location, and type of vault.
All right.
So, John, would you display to us that script, and then we're going to practice it.
All right.
So, you know, we're going to go out to look for homes.
And so, you know, as we're going out, we want to hit the bullseye.
And the way that we can, we will hit the bullseye is price, location, and type of home.
And if, you know, we're not necessarily finding the right home for you, we might have to adjust one of those three things.
And so how does that sound to you?
Sounds good.
Sounds good.
Let me demonstrate it as well, John.
You did a good job with that.
So, Rosalie, thank you so much for sharing with me exactly what you're looking for in a home.
And because you took the time to share that with me, I can tell you we could hit a bullseye.
And we can hit the bullseye because I've been doing this for so long.
I know what's on the market, and I even know homes that are not on the market.
However, if you're not able to, if that bullseye does not exist, then we're going to have to change either the price, location, or type of home. All right.
Now, in real life, I would probably then expand on, you know, price, like go back to the lender for $550 rather than $500,
or go to location A rather than location B, or go to a three-bedroom instead of a four-bedroom.
Okay.
So that's the piece I'm going to add on there in real life. So what I want you to do first is to practice the the template, just like john did perfectly john Turner, he gave us the perfect
template. And so what I want you to do is do the perfect template and then give three examples of
you know, what, you know, 550 to 500, go to the lender, or three-bedroom instead of four-bedroom, or location A instead of location B.
So it's going to look something like this.
Thank you so much for sharing with me exactly what you're looking for in a home.
And when you do so, we're going to hit that bullseye.
However, the bullseye does not exist, then we're going to have to change price, location, or type of home.
That's part A.
Part B is price would be 500 instead of 550. Location would be location B type of home. That's part A. Part B is price would be $500 instead of $550.
Location would be location B instead of A. Type of home would be a three-bedroom instead of a
four-bedroom. And you could change that up as you wish. Thank you so much for listening.
