So what impacts your results?
So if you are getting your results that you want,
congratulations, keep doing what you're doing.
If you're not getting the results that you want,
I encourage for you to look at one, two, or three of the following, because I guarantee you the opportunity
for you to get from where you are to where you want to be rests within one of these three or more.
You're either not saying it often enough, you're not saying it to the right people, or you're not
saying the right thing. What sometimes masks itself as I was talking to an agent about a week and a half
ago, and she was sharing with me that she didn't know how to say the right thing.
And she was sharing with me as an example that her team leader would go out and he'd go to like
an auto mechanic and he'd come out with like a million dollar listing and a million dollar buyer. And she had perceived that as he has some sort of secret sauce of what to say versus her.
Now I countered her to say, I believe he probably knows, he probably has a better skill in,
uh, and how to say and what to say yet. I'd say more likely his success is because he's saying it more often.
And so when you consider that person that she was using as an example, as he knows what to say, because she looks at his outcome of, you know, he went into an auto mechanic, came out with a million dollar buyer, million dollar seller.
Well, he must know what to say.
What she's neglecting to understand is who are all the people that he talked to that said no to him. And I guarantee you that he talked to 99 more people than she did
that said no. And so sometimes when you're looking at it, I'm going to say the most likely thing of
those three, you're not saying it often enough. You're not saying the right thing. You're not
saying the right people is going to be, you're not saying it often enough, you're not saying the right thing, you're not saying the right people is going to be you're not saying it often enough.
That typically is going to be what you want to look at. Because oh, by the way, when you say
it often enough, you learn what to say. You learn who to say it to. All right. Now, if you are
having 100 conversations a day, and you're not getting the results, then you're probably saying it to the wrong person.
And if you're consistently having 20 conversations or so a day and you're not getting the right results, then you may be taking a look at what you're saying.
All right. But it's going to be one of those three things. So consider that for yourself.
If you're hitting your goals, freaking keep doing it. If you're not, you're either not saying the right thing. You're more most likely not saying
it often enough, or you're not saying to the right people. Thanks so much for listening to
