And when you look at an unsuccessful real estate agent, what habits do they embrace? Well, a habit that I know that they don't embrace is they don't lead generate. Starting point is 00:01:30 So I referenced the book Atomic Habits. Who here has read the book Atomic Habits? And the author, James Clear, shares the idea of identity-based habits. Yesterday, I asked Ali during one of our sessions to say, hey, get yourself off camera. And I said, let's take a look at what happens to see embrace. And everybody looked at the man. We all said, he goes to the gym. Now, I certainly wouldn't do that to somebody who's overweight. But let's say somebody who is overweight and you took a look at them and you'd say, what habits do they embrace? They eat too much food. Well, let me say this differently without judgment. They eat a lot of food. Okay, no judgment. It's just that's the habit that they
Starting point is 00:02:21 embrace. So when you look at a successful real estate agent, when you can look at, when you can think of it from that visual perspective, somebody that you perceive as successful real estate agent, what habits do you believe that they embrace? They lead generate consistently, daily. And when you look at an unsuccessful real estate agent, what habits do they embrace? Well, a habit that I know that they don't embrace is they don't lead generate.
Starting point is 00:03:02 Now, that may be because they're not comfortable with it. That may be because they haven not comfortable with it that may be because they haven't yet found their way but whatever the reason for that to exist it's the same way as if i sat there and said to you i'm not going to go to the gym this morning because whatever happens to that because whatever can be valid it cannot be be valid. It's just a reason. Is it a valid reason? Maybe. Is it an invalid reason?
Starting point is 00:03:33 Maybe. Is it a reason? Absolutely. Absolutely. And you can only have reasons or results, but you can't have both. And that's a philosophy that I follow and one that not only do I follow, that I embrace within my team, such that sometimes I get a little bit annoyed with me, but we almost always find the results.
