What is a seller's biggest fear and how can you deal with it? Real estate coach Dan Rochon from
No Broke Months for Real Estate Agents discusses your client's feelings. In this episode episode, Dan explains the sellers biggest fear and how to properly deal with
and resolve that clients fear in the latest no broke months for real estate agents
episode, learn how to deal with this emotion before it affects your business.
With sellers.
And this is a odd, odd one.
It took me many years to recognize this.
Their biggest fear is going homeless.
And I didn't recognize that for years.
And so now that you know that,
you can acknowledge when you're at the,
when you're taking the listing,
you can acknowledge it upfront.
And the way that I acknowledge that
is more with humor, right?
So I'll say something like,
so Rocky, so here's the deal.
I've been doing this for a really long period of time, like really long.
And what I can tell you is right now, you may be thinking that we're going to sell this
house and you're not going to be able to find a home.
But let me tell you, I have never lost one yet.
I'm 100% zero homeless.
And I promise you, you're not going to be the first.
And let me tell you, Rocky, you are perfectly normal.
100% of my clients express to me that they're concerned that they may go homeless.
So if that's what you're experiencing right now, it's perfectly normal.
So before it comes up, just acknowledge it.
Like, right.
You see what I'm saying? Because if you just acknowledge it before it comes up, they acknowledge it. Like, right. You see what I'm saying?
Because if you just acknowledge it before it comes up, they're going to, again, be more
likely to be able to believe you.
All right.
So we want people to feel good through their experience, right?
And there's multiple things.
First of all, it just leads for a better consumer, a better client experience.
Secondly, it leads to more referrals.
Thirdly, it's just
the right damn thing to do. Okay. So, so when we understand, you know, how we can deliver,
you know, we're going to improve our value through understanding and respecting the predictable
experience that they're having. Okay. And that's the thing that CPI is, by the way,
CPI is truly just taking care of it before
it happens and you look at the process that i teach it's completely the entire process from
a to z the entire process is just like okay here's what's going to happen next so that's
going to what is what's going to happen next let's do this here okay through lead generation
through lead conversion through through client care,
through everything. Thank you so much for listening. You are freaking amazing. And because
you're amazing, I'm going to ask for a quick favor. It'll just take you 30 seconds for you
to leave a favorable five-star rating or review on your favorite platform. Then what I'll do is I'll
enter you into a raffle where we can meet 45 minutes for a free coaching session. And I'll
also give you a copy of the book, Real Estate Evolution, which is the 10-step guide to CPI,
consistent and predictable income. Oh, by the way, I'm the author of that book. So if you'd like for
me to coach you, give you some nuggets and help you in your business, then leave a review and you can enter into the monthly raffle to win.
