Starting point is 00:00:00 Here's the recipe. Your job descriptions lead generate. I would lead generate for 12 hours a day when I had no business. And I had earned the right to make that first hire because I knew at the time I would continue lead generating. Not today, I don't. I lead generate an hour a day. But that's because I've got the momentum. I mean, if I would have started one hour a day at the beginning, it would have been a long, long haul.
Starting point is 00:00:24 I'm not suggesting you lead generate 12 hours a day. I'm just sharing my story. Welcome to the No Broke Months for Real Estate Agents podcast.
