we're finishing up the tail end of hiring.
And over the past few days when we've gone through hiring, I've reminded you of the steps of what will cause you to want to hire and how you can be successful in real estate sales and have consistent, predictable income.
Listen, we're going to spend 23 minutes together this morning.
I want you to learn from these 23 minutes so that it could be a
platform for your success for the rest of your day. We're talking about habits becoming your reality.
Okay, and so the way that you can best benefit from this instruction is to participate, but not
just to participate, but to learn it at the level that you can teach it to your kid, that you
can teach it to anybody else.
Because when you do so, then you're demonstrating that you have it internalized so that you
are a true professional and people will be attracted to you.
So let's go backwards.
So we're talking about hiring.
So before we talk about hiring, let's talk about what is your job description?
Because when we understand what your job description is, then we understand what your job description is not. So first of all,
there's a million and one things that can be done in real estate sales. Can everybody agree to that?
Yes. Like there's so many freaking things that can take your attention and take your focus.
Yet there's only five things that will cause you to make money.
We call that CPI time. Who would like to teach us those five things? Okay, I'll teach it this time.
Next time, that one person is going to teach it. Here's the five things that make you money. This
is called CPI time. I want you to internalize this in a way that you can teach it to another person because that's going to demonstrate that you understand clearly what you do to make money.
Does that seem like a basic premise of something that we should all be clear on?
Like, what the heck do I do to make money?
Doesn't that seem like that would be worthy of your attention?
Lisa, go ahead.
I said definitely seems like it.
I think I got a couple.
I can't remember all of them though.
All right.
What you got, Lisa?
I know lead generating.
Okay.
Setting appointments.
I guess going to appointments.
And is it negotiating?
Hold on.
Hold on.
Hold on.
For the purpose of?
For the purpose of getting them to be your client.
All right.
Okay.
And then is it negotiating?
Description role play.
All right, so now everyone write this down.
So lead generate.
Convert the leads to meet with you.
Attend the appointments for the purpose to get hired.
Negotiate, practice your scripts and role play.
Okay?
These are the basic fundamentals of sales is to understand what the heck you spent your time doing.
