And where these presentations came from is a combination of Floyd Wickman,
Chris Heller, Diana Kokoska, and my own experience. Okay. So there was three people that I learned
their listing presentation, and then I would incorporate some of their listing presentations
into what I'm teaching you now. And then plus my own experience.
Okay, so I'm transparent to where this comes from.
And it's probably if any of them were to look at it now, they would probably see some similarities to theirs.
But it's really not the same because I've shaped it.
Do I care that you do my presentation or not?
Not really.
But I want you to do a presentation.
All right. And I say over and over again, this isn't the only way to get hired 85% of the time,
but it is a way. So before you start altering, before you start tweaking, I recommend that you
internalize what I'm teaching you and then maybe go learn it from somebody else as well.
And then maybe learn it from somebody else as well. And then maybe through time you put your own flavor to it.
Don't just wing it, you know, and try and try your own way, because your own way, though, it has unique abilities, you have God-given talents, you're going to have to figure it out
and stumble to be able to develop it to see how your own way works. So I really, really encourage
