I'd say 99.9% of real estate agents in our marketplace just wing it. They seldom follow a plan. And that's why I'm passionate about getting this message out to the agent marketplace. Where do you want to go in your business? I'll share. And I clouded this up. So it's a little bit general because i wanted to include both my businesses my coaching business as well as my real estate sales business and i was thinking like how do i encapsulate those into one and what i wrote was where i want where we will go is to be omnipresent in the marketplace because the marketplace deserves it And because there's so few professionals that the buyers and sellers deserve somebody who's going to be professionally trained and guide them through a process that they can care. Because we understand the anxieties and the fears and the challenges that they're facing and the things that they're experiencing. And I believe that, you know, is important for the vital for the agent marketplace,
Starting point is 00:02:32 because nobody trains this stuff. People train on, you know, lead generation, here's how to do YouTube, here's how to do this, here's how to do that. But nobody trains, you know, the teaching to sell method. Like how do you actually follow these frameworks in a way that you can teach them to others in a way that, you know, is predictable. I'd say 99.9% of real estate agents in our marketplace just wing it. They seldom follow a plan. And that's why I'm passionate about getting this message out to the agent marketplace. Last thing I'll say about that is that the buyer and the seller consumers, they are desperate for professional people to help them. That's why you're here right now.
Starting point is 00:03:26 So you become a professional so that you follow a system so that you can be able to care for your clients in the way that they deserve. But number one, you guys know what the number I think I've said, I'm sure I've shared this before and I'm not exaggerating. When I go to the closing table, I get one comment every single time i go there anyone want to guess what that is 100 of time i get the same comment the same comment thank you for being so professional nope it is your team was amazing and i leave the table shaking my head. Like, what about me? Guaranteed your team was amazing. And I swear to God, I always called you lean to compliment her and a bitch at her at the same time. When I'm leaving the closing, like son of a bitch, somebody needs to tell me, yeah, I did good.
Starting point is 00:04:17 But I'm just joking when I say that, right? A hundred percent of the time, Dan, your team was amazing. And that's what I care about for real. Right. That's the experience that I care about. Remember that for the agents here that believe that you are not able to get help in your business.
