Starting point is 00:00:00 Every single yes is an infinite no minus one. I say yes to this, I'm saying no to eating popcorn. I'm saying no to going to the beach. I'm saying no to being with my daughter. I'm saying no to skiing. So I would reframe that just slightly and consider it's not what I say no to, but it's what I say yes to. Starting point is 00:01:40 sales? Part of it is saying no, I guess, to things that can wait. I want you to consider this. Every single yes is an infinite no minus one. Let me help you understand that. I say yes to this. I'm saying no to eating popcorn. I'm saying no to going to the beach. I'm saying no to being with my daughter. I'm saying no to skiing. I'm saying no to study. I'm saying no to reading to the beach. I'm saying no to being with my daughter. I'm saying no to skiing. I'm saying no to study. I'm saying no to reading. I'm saying no to every single else, except for the one thing that I'm saying yes to. So I would reframe that just slightly and consider it's not what I say no to, but it's what I say yes to. And when you have the relationship to when I say yes to something, I'm saying no to every single infinitive minus that one thing that I say yes to, I'm saying no to that. So now, instead of focusing on the no, you're focusing on the yes.
Starting point is 00:02:35 And now I'm going to be really mindful about what I say yes to. Because the magnitude of every single thing that you say no to is almost unimaginable. I'm saying no to push-ups. I'm saying no to going to get a chocolate donut. That's a good thing to say no to, by the way. What skills or tools do I need to learn to help me overcome the apparent obstacles that are restricting my growth? A skill that I would like to learn is KV core. What barrier will that get you past?
Starting point is 00:03:11 Just identifying how best to manage lead nurturing on the other end, like the second half of it. Who could you rely on to help you with that? Dan. That's the best answer. That's the best answer, right? I'm going to figure that stuff out. You can rely on me for that.
Starting point is 00:03:34 Jade, what do you need to learn? Or who do you need to hire to get past that obstacle? I'm with Diana on the KV core and learning how to nurture people, but also along with that is learning SkySlope. Let me ask you a question. Go back to that linear order. Do you have enough people coming in your pipeline right now?
Starting point is 00:03:57 No. Don't worry about KV core or SkySlope. Unless you're using KV core to get more people in your pipeline. I would love to learn how to do that. Yeah, that's going to take an investment. That's going to take money, which is fine. I mean, you can do it with money. I do want us to focus on the fact, though, that we sometimes go past where we're at.
Starting point is 00:04:19 What do I mean by that? When I used to be with KW, I remember sitting in on a conference, a small, it was a small room of us. And Gary Keller was coaching one of the attendees. There was probably about 20 of us in the room. And he looked at his top agents and went something like this. Gary Keller said to the room, do you have enough leads? Do you have enough people in your world? And the agent he was coaching said, no. So Gary Keller then said, okay, then your one thing is go get enough leads, right? That's it. You're not focused on KV Core, you're not focused on SkySlope, you're not focusing on anything unless KV Core is going to get your business. And again, it's only going to get your business if you're going to invest
Starting point is 00:04:58 money into it, okay? And I can show you how to do that if you're going to invest money into it. Let's say the agent did say, hey, Gary, I got enough leads. Gary said back to him, great. You have enough people to work on them. The agent said, no. Gary says, well, that's your problem. Fix that. That's your one thing. So question number one is, do you have enough leads? Question number two is, do you either have enough people that was a high level thing, or do you have the skill to convert them? If you don't have the skill to convert them, or you don't have somebody else to help you with that, that's your one thing. The agent goes away, comes back, Gary, I've got the people now. Gary says to him, great,
Starting point is 00:05:37 are you hitting your numbers? The agent says, no. Gary looks at him and says, then you have the wrong people. Go fix that. And that was the conversation in the room. If you're not leveraging through people, then it may be, then you have the wrong skills to convert. Go fix that. But looking at the stuff down here is a moot point if you're not hitting this one right here. Look at the stuff over here is a moot point if you're not hitting this right here, which is, do you have enough leads? Until you say yes to that, I don't want you to focus on anything else. do you have enough leads until you say yes to that i don't want you focused on anything else do you have enough leads and kv core help us keep track of the leads that we do have do you have enough leads i have a few i could use more that's your one thing is there ever enough leads that's what i was thinking yes there Is there ever enough leads? That's what I was thinking. Yes, there is. There's enough leads is when you can't get to them all.
Starting point is 00:06:30 Imagine this. Option one, you have 100 leads coming in today. Option two, you have two leads coming in this week. Option two, you know and you can track those two leads. Option one, you can't. Which of those you think you're going to do more business with? That's your one thing. If you have 100 leads coming in today, you can't. Which of those you think you're going to do more business with? That's your one thing. If you have 100 leads coming in today, you can't track them all. You can't organize them. It's too many. Which means now if you have 100 leads coming in,
Starting point is 00:06:55 your one thing is now figure out KB Corp. Now figure out all that stuff. But until you have enough leads coming in, that's your only one thing.
