Starting point is 00:01:31 Dan dives into why consistency is essential to achieving long-term success. He explains how showing up every day, even when things aren't going as planned, helps you build momentum that leads to more significant results. Listen to Dan's insights on embracing consistency in this new episode of no broke months for salespeople. All right, Joel, nine videos. Yeah. So I got them done. I need to do some editing. Okay. So you got it done. You need to do some editing and of those nine videos or any edited.
Starting point is 00:02:05 Some of them are pretty close to where they need to be. I'm struggling with, as I'm making the videos, I'm struggling with whether or not I'm doing a good job of advertising benefits and not features. I did a video the other day. It was not good. I didn't think it was the best. So I get this text.
Starting point is 00:02:27 My realtor friend sent me your video about the Q2 market update. This was yesterday. I've owned a single family home on 123 Main Street since January 2021. I recently accepted a job in Stuttgart, Germany, and I'm debating the merits of selling my home or renting, would you have time to discuss with me? Right. And now it's from a video that I wasn't really pleased with. Yeah. Okay.
Starting point is 00:02:53 So it doesn't really matter. I heard a saying, I was at a real estate conference yesterday, a saying that would be relevant right now, which was, and I'm not sure who to credit this with, but it was maybe Tim Ferris. It was poor activity done consistently will outperform good activity done inconsistently. And that text I just read you is an example of that. Okay. Cause I can tell you like, it wasn't one of my better video. You know, it's still going to be good, right? You know, I'm judging myself harshly, but just something that I do regularly.
Starting point is 00:03:30 So don't worry about it. That's what I'm telling you. Thanks for listening to the show today.
