How many times throughout the day
am I jumping on a video with you guys?
It's like all day long.
Could I just send a text just to ask?
Sure, but because I'm gonna take responsibility
of my leadership and make sure that there's clarity
in what I'm asking, I'm gonna just have a conversation
because what happens if you communicate something
and you get it wrong?
The phone calls are actually efficient.

Why effective communication is key to real estate success.
Real estate coach Dan Rochon from No Broke Months for Real Estate Agents
discusses appropriately communicating with clients.
Dan and other agents share why communication is essential in real estate
and how learning how often you communicate and which exact words to say
is vital for a real estate agent's success.
Learn why this is true in the latest No Broke Months for Real Estate
Agents episode. I've been adopting a pattern recently of calling people and not even mentioning
real estate, just being their friend. Do you like that or is that good? It is good and it's going to
be slower and that's okay. I prefer to probably do a mix i do a mix yeah
yeah so then i think that's good right you want to be intentional about strategic tactical boom
but then you also want to be relational as well right and and and just checking in on people is
a really really good thing not for business but it is a good thing for business as well right but
just genuinely just caring for people that's always going to win i agree with that but it is a good thing for business as well right but just genuinely just
caring for people that's always going to win i agree with that and it is reassuring because
sometimes i wonder am i i have a tendency to over explain or to over communicate um and sometimes
i'm like maybe i shouldn't call back you know quite yet shouldn't reach out but i mean it does
pay off and so it is nice to hear like the
data behind or this methodology, the science behind communication. JT, what you got? Thank you, Diana.
You know, it's just like a reminder that really that verbal communication is always the best
form of communication. Yeah. And if you guys notice, like how many times, Diana, do I call
you throughout the day? I mean, we talk a lot. You call me a lot as well, right?
And you lean in less, right?
Like, how many times throughout the day am I jumping on a video with you guys?
It's like all day long, right?
Could I just send a text just to ask?
Sure, right?
But because I'm going to take responsibility of my leadership and make sure that there's
clarity in what I'm asking, I'm going to just have a conversation because that way, if you think about it, you say, well, isn't it faster
just to send a text?
What happens if you communicate something and you get it wrong?
What's the danger on that?
You may have a conflict to have to clean up or that you can't clean up.
You may, if it's a communication among team members, you may have somebody go in a direction
that you're thinking you want to go
this way.
They go that way because there's a,
there's a misunderstanding and now you got to come all the way back and
either go here or accept that.
So if you sit there,
if you're looking for efficiency,
if you're like me,
who's probably about as efficient as efficient can be,
the phone calls are actually efficient.
Thank you so much for listening.
You are freaking amazing.
And because you're amazing, I'm going to ask for a quick favor.
It'll just take you 30 seconds for you to leave a favorable five-star rating
or review on your favorite platform.
Then what I'll do is I'll enter you into a raffle where we can meet 45 minutes for a free coaching session. And
I'll also give you a copy of the book, Real Estate Evolution, which is the 10-step guide to CPI,
