The first domino in your business is going to be lead generation.
When you lead generate one to three hours a day, five days a week,
the rest of the dominoes will fall. I guarantee it.

Right. So we talked about habits. We talked about what a habit is.
We talked about the habit creates your reality, the habit creates your life.
And now we're talking about, we talked about some habits that don't help you, right? There's a whole bunch of other habits that don't help you. A habit of mine that doesn't help me about 10 p.m every single
night i want chocolate that's a habit that doesn't help me that's a habit of mine that doesn't serve
me i understand that so as a part of that it's almost easier for me to go and box at the gym for an hour and a half than it is to avoid that chocolate.
I know that seems weird, right?
But that's me.
So anyway, so there's habits that don't serve you.
And then there's habits that do serve you.
Specifically, what we're talking about in real estate sales is the number one first habit.
The number everything first habit, the number everything
first habit. That's the first domino. I want you to think of like a big stack of dominoes.
The first domino in your business of action activity is going to be lead generation.
Okay. And then when that domino starts to fall everything else happens after the fact
now before the domino is the belief before the domino is the understanding of clarity of what
you're going to do before the domino is the understanding that you are powerful and you
can make this happen you can manage your emotions this, even when things are going to sort of punch you in the teeth.
But the first domino of action will always be lead generation.
When you lead generate one to three hours a day, five days a week, whatever that looks like, the rest of the dominoes will fall.
I guarantee it.
Yesterday, we all went through, for those of us who were here,
and we said, here is what I'm going to do.
Whatever that was that you said that you were going to do yesterday
in regards to an activity in lead generation, ask yourself a question.
No judgment.
No judgment. Ask yourself a question. No judgment. No judgment.
Ask yourself a question.
Did you do it?
Because if you did it,
then the results are predictable.
But you got to keep doing it.
You can't just do it once.
You got to do it again today.
If you did not do it,
the results are predictable.
