What causes you to think that we start each morning off with, tell me something good,
but if you can't figure out something good, just figure out something that you're grateful for.
Why do I start off the meetings with that every single day?
It's because I know that you cannot hold on to gratefulness and negativity simultaneously,
and because you can't, I'm going to choose something that's positive rather than negative. Welcome to the No Broke Months for Real Estate Agents podcast. Working as a real estate
agent can be incredibly rewarding and fulfilling, but it can also be frustrating if you aren't
making the money you deserve. So if you're ready to end the stressful cycle of working hard for no results, then get
started with a proven step-by-step system so that every month is No Broke Months.
My name is Dan Roshan. I'm the host of the No Broke Months podcast, which is a show for real
estate agents to help you have no broke months. Thanks for joining me. Enjoy the show.
Why knowing your worth is important. Real estate coach Dan Rashan from No Broke Months
for Real Estate Agents explores the importance of knowing your worth. Dan discusses how self-worth
impacts various aspects of life, from personal relationships to professional achievements,
and provides
practical tips on recognizing and nurturing your intrinsic value. Tune into the new No Broke
Months for Real Estate Agents episode to learn how knowing your worth affects relationships.
There's a difference between understanding your worth intellectually and then letting your words reconcile with that.
Understanding your worth, that's up to you.
I don't have to be, but I'm going to choose to be careful the way that I say this.
When I wrote this, I was struggling with a relationship in my life. And when I understood that my worth was greater than what the relationship,
and this lays into the, you know, paying attention to the right people.
When I understood that my worth was greater than what I was receiving in the,
in the relationship that I was in,
I understood I had to end that relationship as hard as that was.
And I understood when I wrote this, understanding my worth and paying attention to the right people,
what choices I would have to make that were really, really hard choices to make and choices that
probably took me around four or five years to sort of go through those
choices. I wrote this in 2019 and positioned myself to a place of, okay, I've gotten through
that and now I'm able to embrace my worth. And so sometimes you may come across some of these
concepts and some of them may be much larger than what you
want to tackle. And for me, that's been true. What causes you to think that we start each
morning off with, tell me something good. And candidly, sometimes we're a little bit slow
sharing that. But if you can't figure out something good, just figure out something
that you're grateful for. Why do I start off the meetings with that every single day?
It's because I know that you cannot hold on to gratefulness and negativity simultaneously.
And because you can't, I'm going to choose something that's positive rather than negative.
Thank you so much for listening.
You are freaking amazing.
And because you're amazing, I'm going to ask for a quick favor.
It'll just take you 30 seconds for you to leave a favorable five-star rating or review

And I'll also give you a copy of the book, Real Estate Evolution,
which is the 10-step guide to CPI,
consistent and predictable income.
Oh, by the way, I'm the author of that book.
So if you'd like for me to coach you,
give you some nuggets and help you in your business,
go ahead and leave a review
and you can enter into the monthly raffle to win.
