As a real estate agent, you gain authority because you have more knowledge than them.
And you understand how to interpret it.
I was talking to a real estate agent yesterday who wants to buy a commercial property.
Why would a real estate agent talk to
me about buying a property? Because she felt that I have a greater knowledge than she does.
And I do, right? And I say that humbly, right? But that allows for me to guide her.
And she's a real estate agent. And so the three things that we're going to do,
we're going to go ahead and review your motivation to list your house with me we'll go ahead and take a walk through the property
and you can point out everything single thing that we should include in the marketing
then we'll come down and i'll help you interpret the market and allow for you to understand
set your expectations of how long this will take and answer any questions and then we can just you
know go ahead and if we can uh if we agree to work with each other,
we can go ahead and get that process started.

we should include in the marketing. Then we'll come back and we'll review the statistics of the
market and allow for you to understand what's going on in the marketplace, the economics of it,
and, you know, sort of set your expectations of how long this will take to sell,
what you can get for it, and, you know, answer any questions about the process.
And then we'll go ahead and decide to, you know, we'll start the process if we're ready.
