Real estate coach Dan Roshan from No Broke Months for Real Estate Agents discusses hiring people for
Starting point is 00:01:05 your business. In this episode, Dan talks about how you, as a real estate agent, should consider hiring people in your business. Learn why you should hire in the latest No Broke Months for Real Estate Agents episode. Who here finds this useful to talk about hiring? But who's even interested in hiring as a real estate agent? So let's maybe start there first. So if you're a real estate agent, would you be hiring somebody? Absolutely. Yes. Mindy said, yes. Who else is just Mindy and John. Okay. So if it's just Mindy and John, so then what I, what I want you to do is I want you to consider how we can use this content in other areas of your life as well. And I want you to use this content as something that if you're on a team, there's always opportunities that you can that you can grow within a team to be able to bring on supporting cast members that are either peers or to bring on people who would maybe be a showing assistant,
Starting point is 00:02:08 for example. So if you're a buyer's agent on a team and you want to close 100 transactions and you want to do so in a minimal amount of time, you would need to have, call it two showing agents. And if you needed to have two showing agents, you'd have to be in a position that those two showing agents, you'd have to have more than two showing agents to consider to hire them for those showing agents to be correct. If you're an administrator in a team, you would want to be making sure that you're hiring supporting cast members. If you're on a team as well and you bring in another buyer's agent, for example, that would benefit you because then that would allow for your team to make more revenue.
Starting point is 00:02:52 And then with more revenue, they could be able to provide you with greater resources. And if you're a team leader, or if you're a solo agent, I highly recommend for you to consider to be able to bring on some support because what does having support provide you to be able to do? Lead conversion, appointments. Attend the appointments. So if you're a solo agent or if you're a team leader, you really have the opportunity to consider to be able to use these methods to grow your organization or to grow your, if you're a solo agent to grow your work, because if you're doing the things outside CPI time, you're doing things that aren't making you money. Thank you so much for listening. You are freaking amazing. And because you're amazing, I'm going to ask for a quick favor. It'll just take you 30 seconds for you to leave a favorable five-star rating or review on your favorite platform. Then what I'll do is I'll
Starting point is 00:03:51 enter you into a raffle where we can meet 45 minutes for a free coaching session. And I'll also give you a copy of the book, Real Estate Evolution, which is the 10-step guide to CPI, consistent and predictable income. Oh, by the way, I'm the author of that book. So if you'd like for me to coach you, give you some nuggets and help you in your business, then leave a review and you can enter into the monthly raffle to win.
