Let's talk a little bit about getting what we want. So 100% of outcome is based on how much I have developed in my personal
growth. One of the things that I recognize is your life. Let me just break this down as simple
as possible today. Your life is made up from your habits. Hey, Kelly, can you stand up in a way that we can see your torso?
Do we all agree, do we all believe that Kelly has a habit of fitness,
has a habit of eating right,
probably has a habit of drinking a lot of water?
Are those three habits that you have, Kelly?
Absolutely, on a daily.
On a daily.
And you can see the results.
So your life is made up of your habits.
I was on Facebook earlier today
and there was this lender
who I'm pretty friendly with.
We've done some transactions in the past
and she was exercising the habit
of political rhetoric,
regardless of what side she's on, doesn't matter.
And I understand that we're in a political time right now,
yet the way that she was approaching it
was probably not a way that's going to change anybody's mind about anything.
It was just sort of toxic.
So do you believe that if you have the habit of
conflict or the habit of getting into arguments or the habit of watching news all day and feeding
your brain with news that it's designed to be able to conflict with you. Do you believe that those
habits program you? Do you believe that the habit of lead generation as a sales professional
on a daily, just like Kelly said, how often on a daily? One of my old trainers, one time I was
having a conversation with him and we're at the gym. This was in my old gym years ago.
And he says to me, he says, Dan, what makes you successful as a real estate agent?
And I looked at him.
I just sort of chuckled.
He's like, what?
I said, well, you're not going to believe my answer.
He said, well, what's your answer?
I said, I work.
And he says, no, no, no, it can't be that.
It can't be that easy.
You're being stupid.
I'm like, no, the only difference between me and my competition is I go to work every single day, five days a week. And I know what my work is.
My work is to go find business today for one to three hours. That's my job. I've been doing that
for almost 18 years, almost two decades. I've had a broke month in almost 20 years, almost two
decades. Consistent sales over almost 20 years from implementing the habit,
just like going to the gym. And then you can see it physically implementing the habit of
lead generation. And you can see that physically in some ways as well, maybe in the home that,
that, that I live in or, or whatever the case may be. Okay?
Not that that's important, right?
Loving your family, loving your children.
Just like Kelly said, I had a great weekend with my girls,
the most important people.
That's the most important way I could spend my weekend.
Well, spending that time with your girls,
for me with my girl, that habit, what does that produce?
It produces, hopefully,
a great relationship, one of trust and one of love. So when you understand it, like the simplest thing that you could ever imagine to be able to create success in your life, the easiest way there
is by embracing the habits that are going to bring you there. And the easiest way
to destroy your life is by embracing the habits that are going to screw you up. It's that simple.
Thanks for listening to the show today. I am truly passionate about watching great business
owners like you and salespeople that grow. And nothing excites me more than hearing your
incredible success stories. And I invite for you.

So until the next time, have the best day of your life.
Be grateful.
Make good choices.
Go help somebody.
And let's connect on social.
