What I'm going to be doing at nine 30 is the impactful things that are going to be able to drive my business, which are
what CPI time who remembers a CPI time is we should all have
this internalized by the way, what are the five things that
cause you to make money? What are they?
We generation.
Alright lead generation. Alright, lead generation.
Well, if you only get one, that's the one to get.
But what's the other four?
Convert the leads to meet with you.
Ten appointments to get hired.
There's two more.
Negotiate and script and role play.
Give your role play.
Now listen to the words I'm saying.
I'm going to attend appointment for the purpose to get hired.
My words are important. Your words are important. Okay. So it's, it's understanding what is it that
we're doing. And when you say my job today is to attend an appointment to get hired, it has a
different focus than just attending appointments. But again, those five things that are in the chat,
that last place there, and I'll say them again, uh, lead generate, convert the leads to meet with
you, attend appointments to get hired
and show homes, negotiate, practice your description role play. That's your job
description. That's the one to three hours a day
that's going to allow for you to have success. What other thoughts do you guys
have or feelings that you have, obstacles? Let's have a transparent
conversation, an authentic and vulnerable conversation. What will get in your way
of staying motivated? What has gotten in your way in the past?

So what I want for you, for everybody,
what I want for you is success.
What I want for you to stay motivated.
I want you to be able to get from where you are
to where you're meant to be.
And to be able to do that,
the things that I'm sharing with you
are ways that you can be able to stay motivated.
So I'll define it to you one more time so that you really really get this. So to be able
to stay motivated in sales it requires that you have a clear vision. You have
unwavering discipline. You have a commitment to your personal growth. You
understand why you're doing what you're doing, the deeper purpose behind your
work. And you let that why drive you through the challenges. You set specific and measurable
goals and you celebrate your wins so that you maintain the momentum. You surround yourself
with people who are going to have a positive influence on you, like those in the Consistent
Redictable Income Community. You're going to have people in your world to be able to
inspire you and challenge you, mentors and peers. That's what we do within the CPI community.
You're going to keep your skills sharp through attending regular training such
as the role play that we do every single Friday, where we learn persuasive skills
and we learn the way to be able to use hypnosis and non-linguistic programming
and the science of persuasion and how the words work to be able to get
somebody to do what's in their best interest
such as you're practicing ethical influence.
You're gonna cultivate a growth mindset
and understand that rejection is only feedback.
It's not failure.
And focus on your progress,
knowing that consistent effort is gonna lead you
to have consistent and predictable income. That's how you stay motivated.

example in month one we're going to do digital domination for real estate success. And what
that's going to be is we're going to be able to understand how to launch a digital
marketing strategy to attract at least 10 new leads. I'm going to give you a plan on how to

I understand that I may have to sort of tweak some things from here to there, the delivery of the live training.
I want to maybe take the Monday to be able to do that
because the Friday I still like the script and role play.
I'm not sure exactly how to do that
because I don't wanna do more than two meetings live a week.
I am willing to do more than two live a week,
but I've found in the past that once you get more than two,
then the attendance starts to dwindle.
Okay, so what I'm intending to do is to put together
something that is really, really useful and helpful to you. So again, I'm going to be looking for feedback from
