Do you think the Democrats may actually try and tough this out and keep in there?
Yeah, it's possible that they're stupid enough to do that.
Eight out of ten Americans think that his brain isn't working.
From day one, Biden's Iran policy team has been an absolute train wreck.
Their lack of enforcement of sanctions has contributed to the destabilization
and the deaths of Arab Muslims throughout the Middle East.
And, interestingly, I never hear you speak about that.
Someone like Joe Biden, a lifelong self-described Zionist to call him a Palestinian.
It's like when the Republicans used to say Obama was too soft on foreign policy
while he was starting wars in Libya and Syria and Yemen
and escalating the war in Afghanistan.
It's just totally removed from reality, totally toned-deaf.
The war in Gaza has turned US politics inside out.
Israel used to be a democratic cause.
Now the base has clearly shifted his priorities and sympathies to the Palestinians.
Many young voters on college campuses are furious for President Biden's unfettered backing for Israel.
as they see it, Muslim voters in the key swing state of Michigan may abandon them in two.
But where will they go? Many Republicans who spent years railing against support for Ukraine
are among the loudest backers for military aid to Israel.
At most other policy decisions and discussions at the moment, the President's senility
has eclipsed the current political importance of his debate.
The nine months into the war, and as Biden hosts a NATO summit,
we're asking which candidate stands to gain or lose the most from chaos in the Middle East?
and more importantly, who's most likely to fix it?
To debate this, I'm joined by Chek Juga,
he's the founder and host of the Young Turks,
Prager U, political commentator Javier de Russo,
and Dave Smith, a libertarian commentator,
a host of the part of the problem podcast.
Well, welcome to all of you.
Chek, let me first of all just ask you about where we are
with this situation where President Biden,
do you actually think, and I've seen your posts on X about this,
and I share your views, it just seems incomprehensible,
to me that they would try and persist with him as a nominee.
But do you think the Democrats may actually try and tough this out and keep in there?
Yeah, it's possible that they're stupid enough to do that.
It's a guaranteed lost.
Eight out of ten Americans think that he's not mentally well enough to be president.
Just let's be blunt about it.
That means eight out of ten Americans think that his brain isn't working.
And we're going to run that guy?
Guaranteed 100% loss.
So the reason now that Democrats are thinking that way is because they've taught both their audience, the voters, and themselves.
The number one test of a Democrat these days is obedience.
So you must follow what moronic Democratic leaders say, no matter what they say.
And no matter if their brain is working, not working, they're functioning, they're alive, they're not alive, it doesn't matter.
So what they're going to do is they're going to pull a Feinstein on a massive scale and hand the election to Donald Trump.
Look, I'm not saying that that that dies cast.
I still believe that Joe Biden is going to drop out at some point because it's untenable.
It's totally utterly untenable.
He will capsize the entire Democratic Party.
But they're so cowardly that at this late date, the House and the senator meeting today appears,
and it looks like they're leaning towards backing Joe Biden,
which is potentially, you know, the end of the Democratic Party.
They're going to get landslided by Donald Trump, a blithering idiot.
And that's the situation the Democrats find themselves.
We'll be joined now by American Israeli Journalism and Cumminsett, Emily Schroeder,
is joining the panel.
Emily, welcome back to Unsensored.
Is it in Donald Trump's interest that Joe Biden stays in his job?
Because it seems to me he's about as lame duck as any incumbent president
could possibly be. Trump's whole body language, his whole rhetoric since the debate, has almost
been a desperate plea for Biden not to lose his gig. I mean, I think it's pretty clear from the
performance of President Biden in the debate that what would be in Trump's best interest is Biden
continuing to run. I'm really not sure why there's so much opposition even within the Democratic
party not to poll his nomination. I mean, if there's any way that they should do it from a, from
from the perspective of the Democratic Party,
they absolutely should.
He's not a good candidate, he wasn't a good candidate before.
They have tried to cover this up,
and certainly it's playing into Donald Trump's hands.
Yeah, I mean, Havier, I just find this
such an extraordinary situation where most people I've talked to,
on either side, Republican, Democrat, independent, actually,
anyone seems broadly in agreement
that Joe Biden has clearly got some form of dementia.
Most doctors I've talked to say the same thing.
And yet as things stand, as the rules are applied,
unless he voluntarily steps aside,
then he will be the one that goes to the ballot box in November.
You know, it's pretty obvious what Joe Biden is going through.
He is a man of a very particular age.
He's getting way up there.
And all the signs are very obvious.
If you at this point are denying that Joe Biden is not mentally equipped to be in office,
then you're just being delusional at this point.
I feel like every Democrat that I've talked to about this as well is concerned.
They're mortified that this is the representation.
I'm mortified as a Republican knowing that this is our current president
and that has nothing to do just with his policies.
That has everything to do with the fact that he is weak.
He is frail. He is old.
I worked in a nursing home for three years back when I was in high school and college.
I worked in the dementia wing and I see a lot of the on-setting symptoms of someone with severe dementia.
It's concerning.
It feels like elder abuse and really,
the Democrats are insane if they let him stay in this position.
Dave Smith, I mean, do you agree with this?
Yeah, of course.
I mean, look, I'm sure all of you guys, when you were kids,
you probably read the Emperor's New Clothes.
And I remember reading it as a kid and never really thinking
it was that profound of a story.
It was just kind of fun.
But now I'm like, I got to go back and study up on whoever wrote that.
This is literally Emperor's New Clothes.
You're right.
It is exactly that story.
Well, look, and this has been obvious.
I've been covering this on my show since 2019.
I mean, it was obvious when he first started running the first time
that he had severely declined from his days as vice president.
And after, I mean, let's just be blunt,
it was the worst debate performance in the history
of televised presidential debates with no close second.
There's never been anything like this before.
I completely agree with Jenks that he cannot survive this.
And even if you could, even if there was a possibility that you could come back from a debate like that,
the problem that Joe Biden has is that now there's even more of a magnifying glass on every single senior moment that he has.
And who here really believes he can get through the next four months without having, look, the first interview he did to reassure people that he is cognitively capable of doing this,
he started slurring his words in the first 30 seconds.
it's done.
Right.
I mean, the real problem he has, Dave,
is that he's now getting
the forensic treatment
from the mainstream media
and for the last eight years
they've devoted to Donald Trump.
I mean, Trump's hardly getting mentioned
in all this.
And you've suddenly seen a massive sea change
of a liberal skewed media
who's always been very kind of supportive
quietly and sometimes not so quietly
towards the Democrats
and towards President Biden,
turning on a dime
the moment that debate ended.
I'll never forget.
CNN hosted the debate.
John King,
one of the most sort of down the line
moderate guys, you'll meet.
He's completely non-partisan on air.
Absolutely losing it
about what he'd just seen.
And that was the moment
I realized we watched a piece of history.
And it really was the worst debate performance
in history.
And it's kind of staggering to me, actually, Dave,
that he's still there.
There hasn't been a concerted,
unified effort.
I mean, they're trying.
I mean, the New York Times
has now done a second editorial
or calling him for him to go, but he doesn't seem to be prepared to either read or listen to it,
or maybe he's not even able to take it in.
Yeah, well, I mean, the fact that his family is encouraging him to continue is just insane
and really speaks to how kind of gross people they are.
I mean, who would want to do this to your own relative?
But look, the only thing I can compare it to, and I focus on, you know, the corporate media
and how corrupt and dishonest they are for a living.
But the only thing I can compare it to is when Black Lives Matter protests began in 2020.
And on a dime, the entire media who had just been saying, you're not supposed to leave your house,
was all like, no, it's totally fine if you're protesting racism to leave your house.
It was surreal to watch.
But to watch, look, we all know what happened.
It was so bad.
His debate performance was so bad that even CNN, even MSNBC knew that we cannot convince our audience that they didn't see what they just.
I mean, I've hosted all you guys in the last nine months about the Israel, Hamas War and so on.
I don't think I've ever had all of you on, probably not had this quartet before,
but I've never had you all on a panel where everyone agrees about the same thing, right?
I was going to say it must be an interesting topic if Chen and I agree.
Well, I mean, that literally is the only thing in the world that could bring you two together in a moment of unity,
which in itself is very damning, I would say, for, for judges.
Biden.
Jake, let's just talk about the bigger picture here, which is that someone's going to be
elected president come November.
And that person has some very big decisions to take, one of which is how much more
support does the United States give to Benjamin Netanyahu and his Israeli government
if they're continuing to pound the Gaza Strip and the way they have been with all the
enormous civilian loss of life.
Who would be better, do you think, for resists?
resolving this crisis. Trump always says he can resolve all these things in a day and so on as he has with Ukraine.
But who do you actually think would be a better bet as president going past November, or past January, to actually get this sorted?
Yeah, no one. Let me come back to that in one second, though, because I just want to say it real quick.
You know, I ended an op-ed that I did for Mediite by saying, look, we said the emperor has no close.
The rest of the media said he did have closed.
And what happened in the debate is that his proverbial pants fell off.
And it then became impossible to argue that he had clothes on.
He was naked.
He literally was naked.
I mean, my daughter came down, she's 12 years old,
she came down halfway through,
because we watched it in the morning at like 7 in the morning in London.
And she said, Dada, is he asleep?
Literally pointed at the President of the United States.
She thought he'd gone to sleep.
And she knows who Biden is.
She knows who Trump is.
And she was completely transfixed.
She thought he'd literally go.
gone to sleep. Yeah. Well, he has in a sense for the campaign. And I predicted on the Young Turks,
we showed it the day after, or just yesterday, that Morning Joe would turn around, even though
on the 24-hour period after the debate, they said, obviously he's got to go. This is atrocious.
I said, no, Blue Bagger will come in, propaganda will come in, and Morning Joe will turn around.
And they did. And now they're saying, oh, he's totally fine. And they're back to the
the theater. They're back to lying to you. Dave and I disagree on a lot of things. He's a
libertarian, I'm a progressive, but we agree corporate media is a total theater. It's, it's,
well, I've just written, I've actually just written and posted a column for the New York Post
about this very issue, where I do think the behavior of the mainstream U.S. media towards
Joe Biden and his health and his physical and mental capability for the highest office in
the land has been an absolute national disgrace. And I cite from my own column,
for the post going back two years.
The number of times that I,
a Brit, has had to say
this guy has clearly
got dementia, right?
What are you going to do about this? And every time I did,
I would have a lot of blowback,
especially on social media,
from Democrats, a high-profile
or was Mark Cuban was one of them
and others, you know, hammering me.
You know, he got this so wrong, this guy's
completely on top of it. He's the best president we've ever
had. He's done this, this, this and this.
But it seems to me, check,
the reality check is that not only has he got dementia,
and that's obvious now,
but also however many times you tell us he's a brilliant president
and his achievements are endless,
and there are certainly some achievements there's no doubting it,
but his approval ratings are completely in the tank.
There are 37% no president has ever been re-elected
at this level of approval.
And the reason is that most Americans think he's simply too old
to be running again.
So they can say, look, he's brilliant,
to the cows come home.
People aren't going to vote for him
in enough numbers for him to win.
End.
Yeah, it's pure propaganda.
So they'll say, oh, he won the last time around.
Yeah, but that was four years ago.
Imagine a football team, a soccer team,
saying, well, we won four years ago,
but you're not the same team anymore.
So when he won last time and he barely won in the electoral college,
he was at a 52% approval rating.
Now he's at 37%.
And you're right.
No incumbent in the 30s for any federal office
has ever come back to win.
So the most miraculous comeback in political history is required here,
and it's required from a guy who looks like he's asleep
while he's at the debate.
And in relation to the war, to Israel-A-Mass war,
yes.
What is going to happen here,
and what do you want the next president to do?
Yeah, I mean, in regards to being fair and decent
to the Palestinians, it's nearly a hopeless,
in the American political landscape.
So Joe Biden is the guy who supported and funded the slaughter in Gaza,
so he's hopeless.
And that costs us 30 points with younger voters.
So he's both going to lose the election and his policy is awful.
Donald Trump is arguably worse.
Now it's just an open fact that he took about $100 million two different times in 2016 and 2020 from Sheldon and Aedelson.
And he did exactly as he was ordered.
He moved the embassy based on Adelson's demands.
Our embassy, he changed our foreign policy to serve Israeli interests.
And now there's reporting in Heretz that Miriam Adelson, the widow of Sheldon, is going to give him $90 to $100 million,
and she wants Israel to annex the West Bank, which would cause a colossal war in the Middle East.
And it would be the worst thing you could possibly imagine.
But everyone is controlled by the donors.
And this isn't a Jewish thing or a religious thing, please, I don't want anybody thinking that.
big farmers even stronger and that's why we can't negotiate drug prices all of these lobbyists and donors control our politicians 100%. So in terms of victory, just get a new Democratic candidate because they won't have as big a track record of selling out to every donor, including APEC, and you'll be a little bit better off and more likely to win. But do I have any confidence that any Democrat or Republican in this country is going to do anything but serve AAC's interest? No, of course not. They'll do exactly as they're ordered to do by all their donors.
Big oil, big banks, big pharma, and definitely APEC.
All right, Emily, before I come to you,
and I'll play a clip from Donald Trump,
talking about Joe Biden being a very bad Palestinian.
Israel and Hamas.
Israel's the one that wants to go.
He said the only one who wants to keep going is Hamas.
Actually, Israel is the one,
and you should let him go and let him finish the job.
He doesn't want to do it.
He's become like a Palestinian,
but they don't like him because he's a very bad Palestinian.
He's a weak one.
Joe Biden's a very bad Palestinian.
Palestinian, apparently, Emily.
I'm not really sure what exactly
was meant by that comment.
I do actually agree with
Trump in this instance that both
Israel and Hamas wanted to
continue this conflict
for different reasons. Motivations are different
on both sides. But I just want to
return to some of the things that Jenk said about
APEC. I just find it very interesting
this obsession with APEC,
which by the way is an American lobbying
organization. It is not American
Israeli. In fact, they have very
strict laws.
That's literally being.
Who they can interact with and how they interact with them.
They are not a lobby of a foreign government.
Unlike the unannounced and the undeclared lobbying efforts of Qatar, of Saudi Arabia, of many
other countries, including, by the way, the Islamic Republic of Iran on United States soil,
that is not what APEC does.
APEC is forced to be very, very transparent.
And what they lobby for is the U.S.-Israel relationship.
Now, why?
it's a mutually beneficial relationship where the vast majority of that aid over 80% is required
by law to be reinvested in the U.S. economy, which means that that aid package spurs U.S.
innovation and creates U.S. jobs. Now, do I agree with every single thing about how the
organization works? No, the same as any lobbying organization. And by the way, when we talk about
the impact of APEC, APEC is the 11th most powerful lobby. There are many, many others, as you
correctly stated. There are many others that are much more powerful, much more active.
in U.S. politics than the American-Israeli Public Affairs Committee.
So that is not really accurate how you are presenting the situation.
And in regards to Pierce's question about what candidate would be better,
what candidate has a better chance of resolving this issue.
I don't think that any U.S. president is incumbent upon them to solve issues in the Middle East.
I think that's something that needs to be worked out between both parties or multiple parties,
depending on what the conflict is.
But I also think that it's pretty clear when we look at the track record of President Biden
versus the track record, a former President Trump,
that despite the fact I never liked the guy
and I really wish he would stop talking
and maybe stick to acting instead of talking,
he did do a decent job.
There wasn't the conflicts that we see now.
There wasn't the absolute chaos
and suffering and bloodshed in Afghanistan,
not to mention gender apartheid in Afghanistan.
That was not the case.
You'll say, oh, well, of course it was initiated under Trump.
Trump would not have done it the same way,
and he didn't because he wasn't
President. Biden did, and Biden as the President bears responsibility for that absolute
humanitarian disaster. In addition to that, from day one, Biden's Iran policy team has been
an absolute train wreck, which has contributed, their lack of enforcement of sanctions, has
contributed to the destabilization and the deaths of Arab Muslims throughout the Middle East.
And, Cheng, interestingly, I never hear you speak about that. You never speak about the terror
proxies and how many Muslims they're killing, but you speak all the time all over social media
about how Israel is killing Muslim.
Well, statistically speaking,
the greatest murder of Arab Muslims in the Middle East
is the Islamic Republic.
It is not the state of Israel.
Chege, you want to respond to that?
Can I respond?
Yeah, of course.
So first of all, all of your assumptions are wrong.
I call out the Saudi and Qatar funding all the time.
What do you mean?
I can show you the tape.
I can show you dozens of times where I call out
the Saudis and the Qatar government
for donating into American politics.
They do it through proxies.
They do it through think tanks.
But they flood Washington with money.
That's why I say, look, it's, guys, this is not just about Israel.
And how often are you speaking about this in comparison to how much you speak about APAC,
the boogeyman, which again is an American organization.
It's not a foreign lobbying organization.
Yeah.
Yeah, look, can I answer?
OK, so number one, I point out all the problems with all the foreign governments buying
our politicians.
against all of it i don't care if they're muslim jewish or christian i don't care if they're from
mars i don't want them bribing our politicians and they obviously are and i told you apk is not the
most powerful lobby big farm is definitely more powerful in fact i agree with where apk was they were
about number 11 based on the facts back in the day now i have them in the top three because now they're
spending a lot more money they're going to spend over a hundred million dollars in this
cycle alone they spent 14 and a half million dollars just to defeat jama bowman and buy that seat
And I don't care if it's drug companies or if it's banks or it's APEC that's buying these seats,
but they're definitely buying them.
And you're denying reality if they're not.
And I don't just focus on that.
I focus on the dangers of Saudi Arabia and Iran and foreign policy all of the time.
You don't watch the young Turks, so you make assumptions.
Sure.
Why do I focus on Israel these days?
Disproportionately when you compare to how much you complain about Israel.
The reason I focus on Israel these days because they're the ones in the middle of slaughtering 37.
thousand people it's not complicated the reason you don't want to focus on that is
because you want to have different rules for israel hey let's blame satir-by-
ira-era ron et cetera great no problem we all agree then you say when it comes to israel no
no no no no no they're allowed to slaughter 15 000 children and we're not allowed to criticize
and then you say apak is not for israel's interest it's literally called american israel
political action committee all right let me or israel they will top ally democratic majority
Okay.
I want to bring in other panelists.
Javier, you yourself, you went to Israel about 100 days after the October 7th attacks to, as you put it,
uncover the truth behind the headlines.
What did you find?
You know, I found a lot of the fraudulent narratives are just being covered up by the media
or we're just being gas-sighted about what's actually happening there and what happened on October 7th.
I still think a lot of people are confused about what happened on October 7th.
Like I was unaware I actually just got back from Israel last week again.
I went for a third time.
And I didn't know that a lot of the Palestinian civilians
were out there kidnapping hostages as well
and then selling them to Hamas for about $10,000, is my understanding.
And, you know, it's really tragic to see that this,
all of this has happened, and people are so busy saying that it's complex,
but the history might be complex, but what's happening today
is a very simple issue.
You have one side that is fighting a war, a war against terror,
and then you have another side that is trying to lead a genocide
against Jews and Christians worldwide.
So I see it very black and white on,
or actually, I shouldn't say that.
It's not black and white.
I know there's a lot of criticisms you can put on both sides,
but ultimately what it comes down to is
we need to get terrorism out of the Middle East.
We need to get this extremism to be put to a halt,
and that takes more people being honest and objective
about what's really happening over there.
Dave Smith, your response to that.
Well, there's been a lot said.
I mean, I would just point out,
because you started by playing that clip of Donald Trump in the debate.
And of course, rightfully, the story has been about Joe Biden's catastrophic performance.
But that's kind of let Donald Trump slide.
It's kind of amazing to me that the corporate media and the Democrats who have obsessively called Donald Trump a bigot for the last, you know, since at least 2016,
have nothing to say about turning to your opponent and calling him a Palestinian, as if that's supposed to be just in.
insult. Just imagine replacing that with any other group. Like if he had just turned and called him a
Jew or something like that, as if that's some like horrible thing to be. I think that, look,
no presidential candidate wants to stand up for where the majority of Americans are, which is that
they want a permanent ceasefire in this war, and all of them are just trying to outcompete the other
one over who can be more hardcore. But I got to say for Donald Trump, who supposedly represents
like this America First position, for him to, someone like Joe Biden, a lifelong self-described
Zionist who is currently unconditionally, in effect, backing Israel's assault of Gaza, to call him a
Palestinian. It's like when the Republicans used to say Obama was too soft on foreign policy
while he was starting wars in Libya and Syria and Yemen and escalating the war in Afghanistan.
It's just totally removed from reality, totally tone deaf.
And it's amazing that there are these pocket aces
that none of the candidates, including Bobby Kennedy,
want to play, which would be very popular
with the American people to simply say,
we don't want any part of this.
Right, I mean, it's interesting,
Chank, isn't it?
The American public opinion has been pretty different
over this war to previous conflicts
in the region between Israel and Palestine.
Yeah, I mean, we're talking about a similar issue here.
The core cancer in both the Biden's story
and the Israel's stories, propaganda.
So the American media for so long has told you,
no, don't believe you're lying eyes,
whether it was Joe Biden or Israel's war crimes.
But in this case, now there's smartphones, there's social media,
and you just can't contain the sites of Palestinian children
who were beheaded and on fire,
and a stadium full of children have been slaughtered by Israel.
So there is no pretty picture you could put on that,
and you could spin, spin, spin all you like,
But the bottom line is American people are asking, wait, not only why are we supporting this wholesale slaughter of these poor people who obviously have no power, but also why are we paying for it?
Why did we just give $20 billion to kill all these people?
Why is it our fight?
And why do we have to support Goliath instead of David?
Why are we giving them over $300 billion?
And they have paid family leave.
and they have universal health care.
We don't have any of that.
We're forced to give our money to them.
It makes no sense at all.
I'll give a very quick chance to respond to you, Emily,
because we have to wrap things up.
But just very quickly, your response to Chey?
Sure.
I just think it's crazy.
I just think it's crazy to act as if all of the foreign aid in the United States
actually makes an impact in the entire U.S. government budget.
I mean, we're talking a minimal percentage of the entire budget.
So to say that it's coming from something that Americans get is insane.
As I explained, the vast majority of it is actually required to be reinvested in the U.S. economy.
That's the first thing.
The second reason why the U.S. supports Israel is because it's in their strategic interest.
It protects American soldiers.
It protects American interests internationally.
We also exchange security intelligence information as well as technological information for defensive weapons, such as Iron Dome, such as Arrow.
All of these technologies are joint U.S. Israel projects that have been developed over time that help keep American citizens safe.
Okay.
That is something that represents our interest in just one word thing really quickly.
We can't forget the fact that Hezbollah.
Chazbola is also involved in this.
Chazbola and Hamas both threaten the United States.
They are both proxies of the Islamic Republic of Iran.
And that is where the real front is.
And it is not just against Israel.
It is against the United States by their words.
Got to leave it there.
Thank you all to my panel.
Much appreciated it.
