Lora was my biggest cheerleader, and before she passed from cancer she asked for one specific thing: a church service style podcast where we sing, read the Bible, and preach the way we grew up, rooted in the tradition we learned through our mother and Prophetess Mother A.B. Jackson. After our mother was laid to rest in January 2020, Lora’s health took a turn and she became too weak to record. When she passed, I couldn’t bring myself to do it, and I’m honest about how deep that grief went. But I believe God laid it on my heart to finally complete what we planned, not to spotlight Lora as an idol, but to lift up Jesus the way she would have wanted. Welcome back to a yet another episode of Regina Soren audio series presents. Now, again, I'm doing a lot of bonus podcast. the next few weeks because I am hosting a celebration of life, I should call it, a memorial on the behalf of my sister Laura, sister Laura. And the main posters, the major posters, the posters are going to go out the second week of July, which would be actually next week, sometimes next week. And I'm really excited. As you all know, if you listen to my other two podcasts before this,

you'll understand what let's have churches all about. If I need to refresh your memory, I'd do it right quickly. About five months before my sister passed away, shortly after our mother was late to rest, mother's swore and was late to her resume in January of 2020. Laura, the two of us, we got together. We said, you know, let's do a podcast because she followed my podcast. Now, if you don't follow this podcast, and if you've never been on this podcast,

then you don't know anything about my podcast, you know, because thousands of people do follow, but some people don't follow. So if you don't follow, I'm actually not saying, speaking to you because you don't know what I'm talking about. But I had just started the podcast in the early stages of the podcast. And Sister Laura, who believed in everything that I did or would do, my sister was my biggest cheerleader. I say that all the time.

And I talk about it all the time and all in my podcast. But in the early stages of my podcast, you know, my sister was dealing with cancer. she said, you know, why don't we do a podcast about just having church? Just one podcast. She said, just one. And what we're having church, just having church. Because that's what we grew up with, you know, with our mother, with our pastor, prophetess mother, Abreu Jackson.

So she said, can we just do a podcast? One, just having church. Well, we're on there singing, reading the Bible, preaching. And she said, let's just do that. And in her last stages of her life, she really wanted to do that. But after our mom passed away and was laid to rest, Sister Laura kind of took a turn for the worst of cancer.

Has spread it throughout her body. So she got so weak. Everybody was starting right in me now. Oh, my God. But she got weak in her body and she could not do it. that. So when she passed away, I could not do it, guys. I was so, again, broken because my sister had died. And I was a nervous breakdown and all that stuff. I don't have to walk you back to do that again. It was a very depressing time for me. I couldn't do it. And for years, I couldn't do it. I couldn't

pick up that banter and just keep going. But got laid on my heart. This year, I want you to do something that you and your sister plan to do. Do that podcast, church service. And that's what this podcast is all about. I have two speakers. I have Elder Leonard Davis and his team, and I always say his team, I mean, his wife, his sister, and anyone else that he want to bring along.

And I have sister, Pastor Tammy Watson. They're going to speak because these speakers, I know they're going to come with power. And it's, again, all about. the Lord. I'm not here to lift up my sister. I'm here to lift up to Jesus. I'm here to lift up Jesus. And the praise of Lord, because that's what my sister was about. But these podcasts are in honor of her. And again, I'm speaking it of it again because the posters, the set of posters will go out next week all over Internet. I want to take this moment to thank the radio stations. I mean, big name radio stations who are actually airing it and talking about.

about it on their radio shows. Podcaststers who, I mean big name podcasters. I'm not talking about little ones. I'm doing big names are doing podcasts and naming my podcast and naming this memorial service and just giving it a lot of attention. Bloggers are doing blogs about it. YouTubers with over 100,000 followers giving attention to this church service. You out there, you're invited. If you like to let me know ahead of time, you're invited to call into these different services.

If you want to be a part of it, I'll tell you the rules and regulations. You're welcome, but we got to keep it holy. We got to keep it in the name of the Lord because that's what it's all about. It's not about any competition or this is doing better than the next. It's about fasting and praying and giving God the service that the Lord wants, giving God that glory. And that's what this is all about. And that's what my sister Laura was all about. So again, you can look for the posters, but I've already started posting out on social media.

I've been posting on Facebook and on my Instagram. which is where I do most of my business. I've been posting there on Instagram. I haven't posted anything on Twitter or TikTok because I really am not over there much. So I haven't posted anything there. Maybe I should. I don't know. Maybe I will.

But I don't think I'm going to post anything over on TikTok or Twitter. I may post on Twitter. I don't know. But I know I'm not going to go to TikTok. I'm just not going to go over there. but things are online right now. So if you're interested, and I know you're interested, before these services take place,

and you want to call in, you want to be a part of it, you're welcome. But again, this is about lifting up Jesus. That's what is about at the end of the day. When my sister were, when we would do concerts and things for the church on behalf of Mother A.B. Jackson would tell you, it was the lift up Jesus. And that's what it's all about with this, lifting up Jesus. And I thank God for being able to fast and pray accordingly.

I'm not going to tell you when I'm fasting and pray because that's between me and the Lord. But I've had to put that into my life because I want God's blessings. Anyways, thank you all for posting. I feel like there's going to be a word from the Lord, and I'm just looking forward myself to having church, the way church used to be old time way, old time way.

When it was all about the Lord, oh, me Lord. When it was all about the Lord, all about Jesus, that's all I want. That's all I want going forward. Just to lift up the name of Jesus. Just to lift up the name of Jesus. And those of you who say, I don't believe in Jesus, I don't believe in that. then you really don't need to be listening to my podcast.
